Another
Temple with Animal Sacrifice?
Isaiah 66 (I) Thus saith
YAHWEH,
The Heaven is MY throne, and the earth is
MY footstool: where is the
house that ye build unto ME? And
where is the place of MY rest? (2)
For all those things hath MINE hand made, and all those things have been, saith YAHWEH:
but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor
and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at MY
word.
Revelation 21 (22) And I saw no
Temple therein: for YAHWEH Elohim Almighty and the Lamb
are the temple of it. (23) And the city had no need
of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of YAHWEH
did lighten it, and the Lamb is the
Light
thereof.
YAHWEH's Holy
Temple and its priesthood has
been being built and growing since the last physical one
was destroyed in 70 A.D. by the Roman army. Let
us understand what the Apostle Paul tells the Assemblies.
Ephesians 2 (19) Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with
the saints, and of the Household of YAHWEH;
(20) And are built upon the foundation of the
apostles and prophets, YAHshua Messiah Himself
being the Chief
Corner Stone; (21) In Whom
all the building fitly framed together
groweth unto a Holy Temple in the Sovereign: (22) In Whom
ye also are builded together for a habitation of YAHWEH
through the Spirit.
I Corinthians 3 (9) For we are labourers together with YAHWEH:
ye are YAHWEH'S husbandry, ye
are YAHWEH'S Building. … (16) Know ye not that ye [the Assembly of Believers] are the Temple of
YAHWEH, and that the Spirit of YAHWEH
dwelleth in you? (17) If any man defile the Temple of YAHWEH, him shall YAHWEH
destroy; for the Temple of YAHWEH is holy, which Temple ye are.
The Apostle Peter very
eloquently tells where YAHWEH's Holy Temple & its priesthood is.
I Peter 2 (5) Ye also,
as Lively Stones, are built up a Spiritual House,
a Holy Priesthood, to offer up spiritual
sacrifices, acceptable to YAHWEH by YAHshua Messiah. (6) Wherefore
also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a Chief Corner Stone, Elect, precious: and he that believeth
on Him shall not be confounded. (7) Unto you therefore which believe He is precious: but unto them which be disobedient,
the Stone
which the builders disallowed, the same is made the Head of the Corner, (8) And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence
, even to them which stumble at the
word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed. (9) But ye are
a Chosen
Generation, a Royal Priesthood, a *Holy Nation, a Peculiar People; that ye should show forth
the praises of HIM WHO hath called
you out of darkness into HIS
marvellous light:
*The Assembly of
Believers is the Holy Nation bringing forth the fruits thereof that YAHshua
spoke of in Matthew 21:43.
Matthew 21(43) Therefore say I unto you, The Kingdom of YAHWEH shall be taken from you, and given to a Nation bringing forth the fruits
thereof.
As the Levitical
Priesthood under the first covenant had a High Priest, so does the present priesthood have a High Priest.
Hebrews 7 (20) And inasmuch as not without an oath He was made Priest: (21) (For those priests were made without an oath;
but this with an oath by HIM that
said unto Him, YAHWEH sware and will not repent, Thou art a Priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec: (22) By so
much was YAHshua
made a surety of a better testament [Contract-Covenant]. (23) And they
truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason
of death: (24) But this man,
because He continueth ever, hath
an unchangeable priesthood. (25)
Wherefore He is able also to save
them to the uttermost that come unto YAHWEH by Him,
seeing He ever liveth to make intercession
for them 8 (I) Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such a High Priest Who is set on the right
hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens (2) A minister of the sanctuary, and of
the true tabernacle, which YAHWEH pitched, and not man.
As mentioned in the above scriptures, the Assembly of
Believers are a growing Chosen Generation, a
Holy
Nation, a Royal Priesthood under YAHshua our High Priest. Believers are a Holy Temple for YAHWEH's habitation.
The Assembly
of Believers are the Royal Priesthood that
rules with YAHshua
during the so-called Millennium as is shown in the following scriptures.
Revelation 1 (4) John to the seven Assemblies which are in Asia:
Grace be unto you, and peace, from Him which is, and which was, and which
is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before HIS throne; (5) And from YAHshua
Messiah,
Who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and
the Prince
of the kings of the earth. Unto Him
that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His Own blood, (6) And hath made us kings
and priests
unto YAHWEH
and His FATHER; to Him be glory and dominion
for ever and ever. Amen.
Revelation 5 (9) And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and
to open the seals thereof: for Thou
wast slain, and hast redeemed us
to YAHWEH
by Thy blood out of every kindred,
and tongue, and people, and nation; (10) And hast made us unto our Elohim kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
Revelation 20 (4) And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and
judgment was given unto them: and I saw the
souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of YAHshua, and for the Word of YAHWEH,
and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received
his Mark upon their foreheads, or in
their hands; and they lived and
reigned with Messiah a thousand
years.
For those who believe
that a physical Temple, whether for sin offerings or for the purifying of the
flesh, will be built and animal sacrifices resume during the so-called
Millennium, it will be very difficult for them to understand the next
paragraph. However, after very carefully reading and understanding the above it
should not be too shocking to hear the following:
YAHshua's Assembly of Believers, a Royal Priesthood, is the Temple that YAHWEH dwells in during the
so-called Millennial Reign as the nations are taught the Good News of the Kingdom of YAHWEH.
The nations are taught
the same means of cleansing & purifying that those who are called out now
are being taught. The basics are found in the following scriptures.
Acts 2 (37) Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to
the rest of the apostles Men and brethren,
what shall we do? (38) Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be
baptized every one of you in the name of YAHshua Messiah for the remission of sins, and ye
shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. (39)
For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar
off, even as many as YAHWEH
our Elohim
shall call.
Ephesians 5 (24) Therefore as the Assembly is subject unto Messiah,
so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing. (25) Husbands, love your wives, even as Messiah
also loved the Assembly, and gave Himself
for it; (26) That He
might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, (27) That He
might present it to Himself a
glorious Assembly, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it
should be holy and without blemish.
I Corinthians 6 (11) And such were some of you: but ye are washed,
but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Sovereign
YAHshua,
and by the Spirit of our Elohim.
Hebrews 10 (19) Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter
into the holiest by the blood of YAHshua, (20) By a new and living way, which He hath consecrated for us, through the
veil, that is to say, His flesh; (21) And having
a High Priest over the House of YAHWEH;
(22) Let us draw near with a true heart in full
assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and
our bodies washed with pure water.

Revelation 7 (13) And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? And whence
came they? (14) And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he
said to me, These are they which came
out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white
in the blood of the Lamb.
Conclusion: Once all the
above is understood, why would YAHshua and His Royal Priesthood who are YAHWEH's
Temple and Habitation through the Spirit want to serve the tabernacle in a physical Temple sacrificing animals for either sin or the purifying of the
flesh as was done under the First Covenant? Read what the author of the Book of
Hebrews said about serving the
tabernacle.
Hebrews 13 (10) We have an altar, whereof they have no
right to eat which serve the tabernacle.
(11) For the bodies of those beasts, whose blood is
brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned without the
camp. (12) Wherefore YAHshua also, that He might sanctify the people with His Own blood,
suffered without
the gate. (13) Let us go forth
therefore unto Him without the
camp, bearing His
reproach. (14) For here have we no continuing city, but we seek
one to come. (15) By Him
therefore let us offer the sacrifice
of praise to YAHWEH continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to HIS name. (16) But to do good and to communicate forget not:
for with such sacrifices YAHWEH is well pleased.
From the above scripture, it appears that YAHshua
was teaching us that it was time to leave the Temple and its sacrificial
system when He made His supreme sacrifice without the camp. As the
author of the Book of Hebrews suggest, let us follow YAHshua's example and take our sacrifice
of Praise and Thanksgiving without the camp so we can continue to eat at the proper altar.
John 4 (21) YAHshua saith unto her, Woman, believe Me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the FATHER. (22) Ye
worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.
(23) But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers
shall worship the FATHER in spirit and in truth: for the FATHER seeketh such to
worship HIM. (24) YAHWEH is a Spirit: and they that worship HIM
must worship HIM in spirit and in truth.
In the above scriptures
we found that:
#1 YAHWEH is a Spirit and Believers are to worship Him in spirit and in truth .(John 4:24)
#2 The Assembly of
Believers
are a Spiritual
House, a Holy Priesthood, to offer up
spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to YAHWEH by YAHshua Messiah. (I Peter 2:5)
#3 The Assembly of
Believers
are also a Chosen
Generation, a Royal Priesthood, a Holy Nation, a Peculiar People
[unique]; that ye should show forth the praises of HIM WHO hath called them out of
darkness into HIS marvellous light: (I Peter 2:9)
#4 The Assembly of
Believers
are YAHWEH'S
husbandry, YAHWEH'S
Building and the Temple of
YAHWEH. (I Corinthians 3:9, 16-17)

who still believe that a physical Temple will be built during the so-called
