The Savior
warned that many would come in his name, saying that He is the Messiah and
deceive many (Mat. 24:5). Has this happened? If we believe the Savior, then we
must believe that this has taken place. But what if something even more subtle
and sinister has taken place? What if the name has been changed? Would that
matter? Let’s see what the Scriptures say.

deceive many (Mat. 24:5). Has this happened? If we believe the Savior, then we
must believe that this has taken place. But what if something even more subtle
and sinister has taken place? What if the name has been changed? Would that
matter? Let’s see what the Scriptures say.
Do names really make a difference? According to many religionists, when
it comes to the names of the Heavenly Father and His Son, it makes no
difference. After all, “God knows what I mean,” is generally the retort. But
do you really know what is important to our Almighty Creator?
We might ask, just how
important is your name to yourself and to this world? Is the name that appears
on the deed to your home and property, on your driver’s license, on your
Social Security card, on your vehicle registration, on your bank account, etc.,
important? Is it important that your name is correct? Of course it is!
Your own name is generally very
important to you. However, some people do come to despise their name and change
it to something else. But even the legally changed name must be correct on all
of your documents. In other words, names are important to this world, this day,
this age, just as they have been down through history.
Take a course in Biblical or
secular history. The names, events, dates, etc., are all important to know in
the course. Isn’t it interesting that the world dotes on the names of men,
places and things, but could really care less concerning what the names of the
Heavenly Father and His Son are? Call them God, The Lord, Jesus, etc. and the
world understands. Call them Elohim, Yahweh and Yahshua…oops, what did you
say? I never heard of such! Is something wrong here?
Is your name
recorded in the Lamb’s book of life? Don’t we all want our name to be there?
Doesn’t that make our name to seem much more important? But Who is the Lamb?
Is it Jesus or Yahshua? Does it matter? As I say, let’s search the Scriptures
to see what truly is important.
Peter and John went to the temple at the ninth hour to pray (Acts 3:1).
There was a man, at the gate called “Beautiful,” who was lame from his youth
situated there asking for alms. He saw Peter and John and asked them for alms.
But they had no money, no silver nor gold, but they had faith in the name of the Savior, so Peter responded, “Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have
give I thee: In the name of Yahshua the
Messiah of Nazareth rise up and walk,” (vv. 2-6)
Peter took his right hand,
lifted him up and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. The
people marvelled at this miracle running to Solomon’s porch where the apostles
and healed man were (vv. 7-11). Peter explained to the people that it wasn’t
because of their power or holiness that the man had been healed, but it was done
by faith in the name of the Savior, “And His name through faith in His name hath made this
man strong whom ye see and know; yea, the faith which is by Him hath given him
this perfect soundness in the presence of you all,” v. 16.
Peter encouraged the people to
repent and be converted so that their sins might be blotted out, promising that
Yahweh would send Yahshua the Messiah as He had promised them in His word (vv.
17-26).
The priest, captain of the
temple and Sadducees were deeply grieved that the apostles had done this miracle
and were preaching the resurrection from the dead through Yahshua so they
arrested them, but because of the lateness of the day they brought them before
the rulers, elders and scribes the next day to inquire of them concerning the
miracle done through them (4:1-6). Notice their inquiry, “By what power, or by what name, have ye
done this?” (v. 7) They knew that this notable miracle had to have been done
by power and a name associated with that power!
“Then Peter, filled with the
Holy Spirit, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel, If
we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent man, by what means
he is made whole; Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel,
that by the name of Yahshua the Messiah of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom
Elohim raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you
whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is
become the head of the corner. Neither is
there salvation in any other: for there is none other name
under heaven given among men, whereby we
must be saved,” Acts 4:8-12.
Do
you understand what Peter is proclaiming here? He is saying that there is no
other name wherein we may obtain salvation than the name of Yahshua the Messiah!
We…men…can’t change His name and expect to obtain salvation anymore than
we can claim property, write and cash a check (legally), receive Social
Security, etc., unless the name on our driver’s license, birth certificate, or
other instrument (-s) of identification matches the deed, or check, etc.!
The priests, elders, scribes,
etc. were the most learned men of their day. They were able to read and write.
They studied and discussed the Scriptures regularly. But here were Peter and
John standing before them witnessing the name of the Savior and faith in His
name and they perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant. (v. 13)
“Unlearned” is translated from the Greek word “agrammatos.” It means to be illiterate and/or
unlettered. In other words, Peter and John not only couldn’t read or write,
but they had no ability to add a title like “Rabbi” to their name or the
corresponding letters. In our modern day world, to be lettered means to have a
PHD so one can have those letters added to their name and then can be called
“Doctor” (Dr.).
“Ignorant”
is translated from the Greek word “Idiotes.” It means to be an “ignoramus” or even
“idiot!” This is how the people of our day who are so highly educated with
their PHD’s (doctorates, etc.) really look upon the less educated. Their
greater position of knowledge makes them superior to others and causes them to
look down on others with disdain.
The priests, rulers, elders and
scribes realized that a remarkable miracle had been performed through these men,
but they didn’t want their preaching and teaching to go any further, so they
threatened them and warned, “…that they speak henceforth to no man in this name. And they called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Yahshua,” (Acts 4:17-18).
The apostles told them that
they were only going to speak the truth. They were going to speak of the things
that they had seen and heard. So the leaders threatened them again and let them
go without punishing them because the miracle that had been performed was such a
powerful miracle (vv. 19-23).
Later, the apostles returned to
Solomon’s porch performing so many signs and wonders among the people that
multitudes were added to them. They were so powerful that the sick were laid in
the street so that the shadow of Peter might fall upon some of them and they
would be healed. (vv. 12-16).
“Then the high priest rose
up, and all they that were with him, (which is the sect of the Sadducees,) and
were filled with indignation, and laid their hands on the apostles, and put them
in the common prison,” Acts 5:17-18).
There is a priesthood in our
own day which, if notable miracles of healing are performed, they will arrest
those performing the healings for “practicing medicine without a license!”
That priesthood is the American Medical Association (AMA). The AMA claims the
territory of health and healing for itself and is extremely possessive over it.
There are many stories of people who have been persecuted and even imprisoned
for having discovered a successful treatment of a specific ailment, which they
have attempted to share with others. But the AMA intervenes to forbid any
further success and progress.
The AMA feels threatened if
anyone outside their ranks and scope of power develops the ability to heal a
disease or diseases in areas where they have been unsuccessful. The priesthood
and leadership in the apostle’s day were also threatened by someone outside
their ranks performing miracles and healings, which should have been done by
themselves since they were supposed to be Yahweh’s representatives. History
always repeats itself because man has a great tendency to neglect Scriptural
knowledge.
The Angel of Yahweh came that
night releasing the apostles from the prison telling them to go to the temple
and speak the words of this life to the people, which the apostles were obedient
to do. The high priest and council ordered the officers to go to the prison and
fetch the apostles, but they reported back that they found the guards in place
and the prison secure, but the apostles weren’t there. Then one came and told
them that the men were in the temple teaching the people. The captain and
officer were sent to apprehend them and bring them to the council. (vv. 19-27)
The high priest asked, “Did
not we straitly command you that ye should
not teach in this name? And, behold, ye
have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this Man’s blood
upon us,” Acts 5:28.
“Then Peter and the other
apostles answered and said, We ought to obey Yahweh rather than men. The Elohim
of our fathers raised up Yahshua, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree. Him hath
Yahweh exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give
repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins. And we are his witnesses of these
things; and so is also the Holy Spirit, whom Yahweh hath given to them that obey
him,” vv. 29-32.
At this juncture, we must note
that so many people take verse 32 out of context to justify teaching our
righteousness by observing the whole of the Torah. But the true fact of the
matter is that the apostles were teaching faith in the name of Yahshua the Messiah of Nazareth and were performing mighty and powerful miracles and wonders in His name! The
Jewish leaders wanted to suppress these activities and this name because their
position was threatened.
After the first encounter with
the priesthood and leaders with the subsequent arrest and release, the apostles
went to the brethren reporting what had happened and what was said to them. Then
they lifted up their voices with one accord in prayer saying, “Yahweh, thou
art Elohim, which hast made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all that in them
is: Who by the mouth of thy servant David hast said, Why did the heathen rage, and the people
imagine vain things? The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were
gathered together against Yahweh, and against his Messiah. For of a truth against thy holy child Yahshua, whom thou hast anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the
Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together, For to do whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel determined before to be
done. And now, Yahweh, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants,
that with all boldness they may speak thy word, By stretching forth thine hand
to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child
Yahshua. And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were
assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they
spake the word of Yahweh with boldness,” Acts 4:24-31.
The prayer that is being prayed
here is taken from Psalms chapter two which declares, “Why do the heathen
rage, and
the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the
rulers take counsel together, against Yahweh, and against his anointed (Messiah), saying, ‘Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their
cords from us’.”
Notice that in the Apostle’s
day the king who was taking counsel against Yahweh and His Anointed (Messiah) is
Herod, who was subordinate to Caesar. The Governor was Pilate, the rulers are
the Levitical priesthood, Sadducees, elders, the Council, Pharisees, scribes,
etc. The Gentiles (non-Hebrews), of course are included, but also the PEOPLE OF
ISRAEL! While many multitudes did receive the message concerning Yahshua, the
fact of the matter is that the overall preponderance did not and this condition
remains until this day!
But now we must ask the question, Who was led to publish a Bible to the
general public in these last days that has had a lasting effect upon almost all
peoples? The answer is King James! Psalms Two certainly applies in the situation
with King James and His King James Version of the Bible (Scriptures), for it was
he and his cabal that took the true names of the Heavenly Father Yahweh and His
Beloved Son Yahshua out of the Scriptures, substituting other names and titles
in their place. Almost all Bibles, scholars and peoples have followed the
king’s lead in substituting the erroneous names and titles other than those
who have been inspired to restore the true names and titles to their Scriptures.
Thus, King James and the scholars have also fulfilled Psalms Two.
When Joseph discovered that his
betrothed Miriam was found with child, rather than apply the principles of the
Torah (stoning her to death for her supposed infidelity), he was determined to
put her away privately (Mt. 1:19). But an angel appeared to him in a dream
advising him to take her as his wife because the child that was conceived in her
was conceived by the Holy Spirit (v. 20). He then declared, “And she shall
bring forth a Son, and thou shalt call His name YAHSHUA (JESUS): for He shall
save His People from their sins,” v. 21.
Checking almost all
commentaries and dictionaries concerning these Scriptures, one will find that
they unanimously declare that the name is really Joshua, but they also
erroneously claim that the name is Jesus.

· Barnes
NT commentary
on Mt. 1:21: Verse 21 His name JESUS. The name Jesus is the same as Saviour. It
is derived from the verb signifying to save. In Hebrew it is the same as
Joshua. In two
places in the New Testament it is used where it means Joshua, the leader of the
Jews into Canaan, and in our translation the name Joshua should have
been retained, Ac 7:45; Heb 4:8.
· JOHN
WESLEY’S NOTES: V. 21. Jesus-That is, a
Saviour. It is the same name with
Joshua (who
was a type of him) which properly signifies, The Lord, Salvation.
· PEOPLE’S
NEW TESTAMENT COMMENTARY: Thou shalt call his name Jesus. That is, Savior. The
Hebrew form is Joshua; the full meaning is Jehovah's salvation.
· ROBERTSON’S
NT WORD PICTURES: Thou shalt call his name Jesus (Kalesies to onoma autou Iêsoun). The
rabbis named six whose names were given before birth: "Isaac, Ishmael,
Moses, Solomon, Josiah, and the name of the Messiah, whom may the Holy One,
blessed be His name, bring in our day." The angel puts it up to Joseph as
the putative father to name the child. "Jesus is the same as Joshua,
a contraction of Jehoshuah (Nu 13:16; 1Ch 7:27), signifying in Hebrew, 'Jehovah is
helper,' or 'Help of Jehovah'" (Broadus). So Jesus is the Greek form of
Joshua (Heb 4:8). He is another Joshua to lead the true people of God into the
Promised Land.
· MATTHEW POOLE’S COMMENTARY: Ver. 21. When the usual time of women is accomplished, she shall bring forth a Son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus. He shall not be thy natural son, but he shall be her son, not begot by thee, but brought forth by her, so flesh of her flesh. His name shall be called Jesus by thee, or by his mother. It is the will of God thou shouldest give him that name. For he shall save his people from their sins. It was the custom of the Jews (God's ancient people) to give names to their children, either expressive of the mercy which God had showed them in giving them their children, or of the duty which their children did owe unto God. This name was given by God, expressing the mercy of God to his people in giving them this child; for he shall save his people from their sins, saith the angel. Jesus comes from a Hebrew word, which signifies salvation.
· Joshua
had his name from the same word, because he was to be a temporal saviour to save the
Jews, the whole body of the Jews, from the Canaanites their enemies.
· ISBE:
1. Jesus: (Iēsous) is the Greek equivalent of the Hebrew
“Joshua” (יהושׁע,yehōshua’),
meaning “Yahweh is salvation.” It stands therefore in the Septuagint and
Apocrypha for “Joshua,” and in Act_7:45 and Heb_4:8 likewise represents the Old Testament Joshua; hence, in
the Revised Version (British and American) is in these passages rendered
“Joshua.”
JOHN
GILL’S EXPOSITION OF THE ENTIRE BIBLE: Mat 1:21 - And she shall bring forth a son,
and they shall call his name Jesus. For though she was with child, it could not
be known any otherwise than by prediction or divine revelation, that she should
have a son, whose name should be
called Jesus; a
name of the same signification with Joshua and Hosea, and may be interpreted a "Saviour",
Act_13:23
for the word ישוע Jesus,
comes from ישע which
signifies "to save." And to this agrees the reason of the name given
by the Angel.
Notice that
in every account, the true English name should be “Joshua.” Joshua is the
correct transliteration from the Hebrew to the English, if we utilize the modern
letter “J.” We utilize Yahshua because the letter “J” was not a letter
of the English language until the 17 th century. The first edition of the King
James Bible, the 1611 edition had no letter “J, j” in it at all. In all
places where the “J” appears in the later versions, the English letter “I,
i” was utilized. The name “Jesus” was rendered as “Iesus,” and the
name “Joshua” was rendered “Ioshua.”
The Apostle Paul was originally
named Saul. He was a Pharisee who was deeply involved with the persecution of
the New Testament assembly. He consented to Stephen’s death (Acts 8:1) and was
sent to Damascus to bind all believers that he could find in order to bring them
to Jerusalem for incarceration and slaughter (Acts 9:1-2). But while he was on
the road, Yahshua appeared unto Him striking him with blindness, but told him to
proceed to Damascus where he would be told what to do (vv. 3-6).
After three days, Yahshua
appeared to Ananias advising him to seek Saul out and to lay his hand on him
that he might receive his sight again (vv. 10-12). When Ananias desisted,
Yahshua told him, “Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto Me, to bear My name before the Gentiles, and kings and the
children of Israel: for I will shew him how great
things he must suffer for My
name’s sake,” Acts 9:15-16.
Later, when recounting his
experience with King Agrippa, Paul told him that when Yahshua appeared to him,
He spoke in the Hebrew tongue! (Acts 26:14) Notice that! He didn’t speak to
him in the Greek, nor the Aramaic tongue, but rather the Hebrew tongue.
Therefore, when Yahshua identified Himself to Saul, He spoke the name Yahshua/Yehowshua,
not Jesus! It was the Hebrew name that Paul was to declare to the Gentiles,
kings and children of Israel, not the Greek name, nor a so-called Anglicized
version of the so-called Greek!
Yehowshua/Yahshua ([vwhy) is the name that is always inspired in the Hebrew
language. [wvy is the Aramaic version.
But is Iesous
the correct Greek rendition? Yahshua son of Nun’s name was originally Hoshea ([vwh). Moses changed his name by adding the Hebrew letter
“yod” (y) to it. It then became
Yehowshua or Joshua (Yahshua).
The prophet Hosea had the same
name as Yahshua’s before the addition of the yod. The Apostle Paul refers to the prophet Hosea in Romans 9, verse 25, “As he
saith also in Osee, I will call them my people, which were not my people; and
her beloved, which was not beloved.”
Isn’t it
interesting that the English translation renders the name of the prophet
“Osee” in this verse? I point this out because the Old Testament book is
rendered Hosea in the English, but the reference to the prophet in the New
Testament seems to go out of its way to present the name of this prophet in
another way. However, when we go to the Greek Lexicon of the New Testament of Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance
to view this name “Osee” and how it is rendered CORRECTLY in the Greek we
find, “wshe Hosee,
ho-say-eh'.” Notice that the pronunciation is “ho-say-eh!” Now, all
we have to do is add the Greek letter “Iota” (I)
to this name in order to obtain the correct Greek enunciation which is,
“Ihosayeh or Yosayeh” spelled (Iwshe).
This is a far cry from the modern rendering of “Iesous (Ihsouj).”
However,
has there been a subtle change in the Greek language itself? When the Jewish
Rabbis were commissioned to present the Old Testament Scriptures in the Greek
(Septuagint Version), they did utilize the Greek Iesous
to present the name Yahshua/Joshua son of Nun. This only means that the original
pronunciation of Iesou/Iesous was Yasoue because the Greeks have no “shin” (sh)
in their language. Thus, the Greek language has either evolved from its original
pronunciation or has been purposefully changed. (More explanation later in the
article.)
What
has happened here? Go back and review what we have written concerning Psalms
chapter two. The people who translated the Hebrew Scriptures into the Greek and
then the Greek into English had an agenda. That agenda was to conspire against
Yahweh and His Anointed (Messiah). That agenda was to take the true names of the
Creator out of the Scriptures and substitute others.
King Nebuchadnezzar had a
prophetic dream that the Prophet Daniel had to interpret. The prophetic dream
was a dream of the history not only of the kingdoms that would be given
rulership and authority over the earth, especially the Jerusalem area, but it
was also a history of the idolatrous religions that would prevail with those
kingdoms and the spirit thereof.
Nebuchadnezzar’s kingdom and
religion was represented as a head of gold. While the religion of Babylon and
the leadership associated with it were idolatrous, the fact of the matter is
that gold is a metal that is malleable, or workable. Sure enough, when Yahweh
intervened to work with Nebuchadnezzar, his spirit would change. The same thing
can be said of the second kingdom, Persia, which was represented by silver. But
the third kingdom was the Macedonian/Greek kingdom, which was represented by
bronze or brass.
The Hebrew term for brass or
bronze is “nechushah.” It comes from another Hebrew word “nachash.”
“Nachash” is the term which is generally translated as “serpent.” It was
the serpent (nachash) that entered into the garden of Eden and successfully
deceived Eve, bringing sin, corruption and death upon mankind.
The latter history of the
Macedonian/Greek kingdom is well known. The Greek kings, whether those who ruled
Syria or Egypt, generally hated the Hebrew peoples and their Elohim. The Syrian
kings of the north, especially Antiochus Ephiphanes, forbad observance of the
Sabbath, circumcision and most other Hebrew traditions received by Moses. He set
up a statue of his deity Zeus in the holy of holies in the temple and
slaughtered a pig on the altar and desecrated the temple with the broth of
swine’s flesh. He also slaughtered many of the Hebrews who were seeking to
continue their Hebrew ways.
The bronze/brass metal is
extremely hard and unbending. This is the attitude of the serpent who truly
hates his own Creator Yahweh and seeks to exalt himself above Yahweh and His Son
Yahshua.
That unbending spirit against
anything Hebrew was exhibited by the Roman/Greek ruler/Caesar Constantine the
Great. He made it unlawful to possess any Hebrew writings, especially the
Scriptures upon punishment of death. He replaced the Hebrew Scriptures with
Greek. He passed a Sunday law, forbidding the observance of the seventh day
Sabbath. The Greek/Latin Roman world continues to exhibit this overall unbending
disdain for the true Hebrew names and practices commanded by Yahweh in the
Scriptures.
The Greek substitute “Iesous,”
Latin substitute “Yesus,” English substitute “Jesus” is the much more
preferred and acceptable name for today’s world. Go into any of these groups
who stand by these erroneous substitutes and begin utilizing the true names and
you will soon discover that you will be thrown out of their circles and invited
to never return until you embrace their names and ways.
This same Greek spirit and
attitude continues to abound in groups and churches where the seventh day
Sabbath, the commandments, etc., are observed, but the Greek names are utilized.
Many of these groups have embraced many of the truths of the Scriptures, but
still can’t bring themselves to embrace the truth concerning the true names of
the Father and Son.
The International Standard Bible Encyclopedia Fully Revised edition states, “In the Hellenistic age Zeus’s name was
freely bestowed on the chief deity of any non-Greek tribe or region (cf. 2 Macc.
6:2). Zeus is pronounced like sous. Iesous is simply the Greek ploy to exalt
their deity over the Hebrew Yahweh and Yahshua. The Greek world has never
changed. The kings and rulers, as well as the Gentiles and the children of
Israel have never changed. They continue to promote all other deities (elohim)
above the One true Elohim, Yahweh and His Son Yahshua.
All of the commentaries and
encyclopedias above state that the true English name transliteration is “Joshua.”
Barnes NT Commentary even says that Joshua should have been the name retained in the English
versions.
Almost all state that Iesous/Jesus is the Greek equivalent to the Hebrew Jehowshua/Joshua. But is this really true? I have already shown you the correct Greek rendering from Paul’s book of Romans. It should be Iwshe not Ihsouj.
But another question that we must ask is,
since the Septuagint renders the name of the patriarch Joshua son of Nun as Ihsouj and all English versions
render the book and the name of the patriarch as Joshua, then why turn around
and give the Savior, Who had the exact same name, whether in Hebrew or Greek,
Jesus? Why have all versions, except the KJV, changed Acts 7:45 and Heb. 4:8 to
read Joshua while leaving the name of the Savior, the exact same name, as Jesus?
Compare the two. Ihsouj is either Joshua or Jesus.
It can’t possibly be both. It must be one or the other. Why translate it one
way for one man and another way for another? Why say that they had the same name
and then put forth two different names?
The fact of the matter is that
King James was king of England. Originally, the priesthood of the British Isles
and the English people were the Druids. When the country converted to so-called
Christianity, the Druidic priesthood simply converted along with them and
continued in the priesthood.
The Druids were also the
priesthood of the peoples of Western Europe. They had a savior whom they revered
with the form of a cross. In the British Isles, the name of that savior was
spelled “Yesu” but pronounced “Hesus.” On the European mainland, his
name was spelled “Esus” but was also pronounced “Hesus.” This is the
exact pronunciation of the Spanish peoples for the name Jesus today. The “J”
is pronounced more like an “H.”
King James and the Druidic
priesthood, in presenting the name “Iesus,” which eventually evolved into
“Jesus,” were fulfilling Psalms two. The heathen, the people, were imagining
a vain thing. They were setting themselves against Yahweh and His Anointed. They
changed the “only name under heaven whereby we must be saved” from His true
name and attributed it to their own pagan deity.
The people and their subsequent
ministries and churches love this pagan name. They will give no honor, nor
credence to the Creator’s true name and the true name of His Son. They will
continue to resist the truth, but the truth is the truth and must be declared!
Whether you agree with what is written here or not, you have been informed.
King James was also following
Constantine the Great’s example. Constantine was raised in the British Isles
where his father Constantius served in the Roman army. He had come in contact
with the Druidic priesthood even before the days of King James and therefore
knew of their savior and his name.
Constantine eventually became
emperor of Rome, the fourth beast kingdom of Daniel seven and the fourth
metallic kingdom of Daniel two. He is the prophesied little horn of Daniel eight
who cast the truth to the ground and stamped upon it, raising up craft so that
his hand and the hand of those who followed his office would prosper.
Constantine is the one who feigned repentance, entered into the New Testament assembly and took over as its Pontifex Maximus. He called for the Council of Nicaea in 325 CE to unify the faith, command Sunday worship and congregation rather than the seventh day Sabbath, December 25
Nexus Magazine reported the
following:
“Up
until the First Council of Nicaea, the Roman aristocracy primarily worshipped
two Greek gods—Apollo and Zeus—but the great bulk of common people idolised
either Julius Caesar or Mithras (the Romanised version of the Persian deity
Mithra). Caesar was deified by the Roman Senate after his death (15 March 44 BC)
and subsequently venerated as "the Divine Julius". The word "Saviour"
was affixed to his name, its literal meaning being "one who sows the
seed", i.e., he was a phallic god. Julius Caesar was hailed as "God
made manifest and universal Saviour of human life", and his successor
Augustus was called the "ancestral God and Saviour of the whole human
race" (Man and his
Gods, Homer Smith, Little, Brown & Co., Boston, 1952).
Emperor Nero (54–68), whose original name was Lucius Domitius Ahenobarbus
(37–68), was immortalised on his coins as the "Saviour of mankind"
(ibid.). The Divine Julius as Roman Saviour and "Father of the Empire"
was considered "God" among the Roman rabble for more than 300 years.
He was the deity in some Western presbyters' texts, but was not recognised in
Eastern or Oriental writings.
Constantine's intention at Nicaea was to create an entirely new god for
his empire who would unite all religious factions under one deity. Presbyters
were asked to debate and decide who their new god would be. Delegates argued
among themselves, expressing personal motives for inclusion of particular
writings that promoted the finer traits of their own special deity. Throughout
the meeting, howling factions were immersed in heated debates, and the names of
53 gods were tabled for discussion. "As yet, no God had been selected by
the council, and so they balloted in order to determine that matter... For one
year and five months the balloting lasted..." (God's Book of Eskra,
Prof. S. L. MacGuire's translation, Salisbury, 1922, chapter xlviii, paragraphs
36, 41).
At
the end of that time, Constantine returned to the gathering to discover that the
presbyters had not agreed on a new deity but had balloted down to a shortlist of
five prospects: Caesar, Krishna, Mithra, Horus and Zeus (Historia Ecclesiastica, Eusebius, c. 325).
Constantine was the ruling spirit at Nicaea and he ultimately decided upon a new
god for them. To involve British factions, he ruled that the name of the great
Druid god, Hesus, be joined with the Eastern Saviour-god, Krishna (Krishna is
Sanskrit for Christ), and thus Hesus Krishna would be the official name of the
new Roman god. A vote was taken and it was with a majority show of hands (161
votes to 157) that both divinities became one God. Following longstanding
heathen custom, Constantine used the official gathering and the Roman apotheosis
decree to legally deify two deities as one, and did so by democratic consent. A
new god was proclaimed and "officially" ratified by Constantine (Acta Concilii Nicaeni ,
1618). That purely political act of deification effectively and legally placed
Hesus and Krishna among the Roman gods as one individual composite. That
abstraction lent Earthly existence to amalgamated doctrines for the Empire's new
religion; and because there was no letter "J" in alphabets until
around the ninth century, the name subsequently evolved into "Jesus

The Apostle Paul writes,
“Let this mind be in you, which was also in the Messiah Yahshua: Who, being in
the form of Elohim, thought it not robbery to be equal with Elohim: But made
himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made
in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself,
and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore Elohim also hath highly exalted him, and given
him a name which is above every name: That at the
name of Yahshua every knee should bow, of things
in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every
tongue should confess that Yahshua the Messiah is Sovereign, to the glory of
Yahweh the Father,” Phil. 2:5-11.
Paul, in writing to the
Philippians, whether in Hebrew or whether in Greek, would have given the name
that He was given on that day on the road to Damascus. He heard the Hebrew name,
not a Greek substitute. Had he been writing in Greek, he would have utilized the
proper “transliteration,” and we have shown you that the transliteration is
Yahshua, not Jesus nor Hesus.
Again, Paul writes, “Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in
the Sovereign Yahshua, and love unto all the saints, Cease not to give thanks
for you, making mention of you in my prayers; That the Elohim of our Sovereign
Yahshua the Messiah, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom
and revelation in the knowledge of him: The eyes of your understanding being
enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the
riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, And what is the exceeding
greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his
mighty power, Which he wrought in Messiah, when he raised him from the dead, and
set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and
dominion, and every name that is named, not only
in this world, but also in that which is to come: And hath put all
things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the
assembly, Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all,” Eph.
1:15-23.
Once more it is written, “Yahweh, who at sundry times and in divers
manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last
days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by
whom also he made the worlds; Who being the brightness of his glory, and the
express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power,
when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the
Majesty on high; Being
made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more
excellent name than they,” Heb. 1:1-4.
The name of the Creator and Elohim of heaven was revealed to Moses, a
Hebrew, in the Hebrew language. It was given to the children of Israel, Hebrews.
The Savior was born to Miriam, a woman of Hebrew lineage. The angel told her and
her betrothed husband Joseph to name Him Yehowshua/Yahshua, not Jesus, which is
admitted by the scholars. Therefore, the name to be named above every name, now
and in the kingdom, is Yahshua/Yehowshua.
This
is the name that the apostles knew Him by. This is the name that was given to Saul/Paul, which he proclaimed.
Scriptures reveal that there is a great serpent dragon named Satan the devil who has deceived the whole world (Rev. 12:9). Has his great deception reached into your own life? We encourage you to turn, repent and embrace the truth and faith in the name that is named above every name, Yahshua the Messiah of Nazareth and make your salvation secure in Him.
RUSSIA ON THE MOVE
Russia has chosen to invade
the country of Georgia (not the USA state), which has supposedly taken the world
by surprise. However, they had to take a good deal of time and effort to move a
great deal of equipment through the Caucasus Mountains, which is no easy task,
and with the satellite systems that are extant in today’s world, it seems that
it would be impossible for the army to move such equipment without detection.
This author has sought to warn his readers concerning who Russia really
is, but the warnings continually fall upon deaf and unbelieving
or even uncaring ears.
Recently, a news item on the internet was viewed by this author, but for
some reason he didn’t take the opportunity to download it for proof later on.
However the news item revealed that millionaires are a dime-a-dozen in Moscow
these days. There are more billionaires in Moscow per capita than any other
place or city in the world. This is a sign that the economy has suffered a great
turn-around for Russia.
For a Russian army that had suffered lack of equipment and what they had
was in disrepair, according to many news reports of old, the equipment revealed
in television news accounts certainly was very modern, updated and quite
functional. Ask the Georgian army about this.
Both Russia and China are going to be powers to be reckoned with in the
very near future. We will go through some of history quickly to attempt to
reveal to you and pinpoint who Russia is and also the spirit of Communism, which
certainly isn’t dead….yet.
Did you know that Russia bears the distinctive title “The Third
Rome?” This author happens to have acquired a Russian tourist’s book that
declares this fact, but on top of that, all one has to do is look into the
history of the eastern half of the Roman Empire in the encyclopedias and this
fact will be discovered.
What does this mean? It means that Russia is an integral part of the
latter day fourth kingdom of Daniel chapter two and a very integral part
of the fourth beast kingdom of Daniel chapter 7, since they are one and the
same.
The first metallic kingdom of Daniel 2 and the first beast kingdom of
Daniel 7 is Babylon. The second kingdom is Medo-Persia, the third kingdom is the
Greco-Macedonian kingdom and the fourth kingdom is Rome. The fourth kingdom in
both accounts continues until a fifth kingdom, the kingdom of heaven is
established.
Daniel 7 focuses on the rise of the Roman republic and its subsequent
change to a dictatorship ruled by the Caesars in the guise of the little horn
that spoke great things (blasphemies). The Caesars were looked upon as gods and
the sons of god.
Daniel 8 focuses on the eastern half of the Roman empire under its little
horn that casts the truth to the ground (earth) and his own way practiced and
prospered as the representative faith of the Creator. (Dan. 8:12).
The Roman Empire was the inheritor of the power and kingdom of Babylon.
Constantine, supposedly embraced the faith of the Messiah (cast the truth to the
ground), but once in the midst of the corrupted believers, he dictated his own
religion because he was already the head of the Roman Empire (the beast), the
enemy of Yahweh and His kingdom. Through his actions, Constantine raised up the
faith that has practiced and prospered as the true faith. This includes the
western Latin Roman Catholic Church , the eastern Greek and Russian Orthodox
Churches.
Eventually, Rome (the latter day Babylon) was divided between east and
west. The western half of the Roman Empire eventually was ruled by the German
Kaiser (Latinized German for Caesar) with the ecclesiastical head in the guise
of the Pope at Rome. But the eastern half of the Roman Empire was ruled by the
Czar (Grecianized Russian for Caesar) first at Constantinople and finally at
Moscow, Russia. The eastern emperors were more of a carbon copy of Babylon
because Nebuchadnezzar and his posterity were heads over church and state. This
same type system was utilized in the eastern half of the empire.
The faith of the western half of the Roman Empire was, of course, the
Roman Catholic Church. The faith of the east was firstly, the Greek Orthodox
Church and secondly, the Russian Orthodox Church.
Believe it or not, these three principle religions of Rome were
instrumental in influencing all of Christianity and its teachings, even though
there was a Protestant Reformation. The basic majority of Christianity has
continued to follow the edicts of Constantine when it comes to the day to
worship and the annual pagan observances of Easter and Christmas.
Yes, there are some few who have come out of the system and embraced the
commandments which include the seventh day Sabbath. Still others have embraced
the annual holy days also, but even fewer have returned to the true names.
However, the great preponderance of Protestantism has continued to follow the
commands of Constantine (a man) rather than Yahweh (the true Elohim).
TSAR
Russia was known as the land of the Tsar, a title that Constantine and
his successors held. The title Tsar would have warned the world of the evil
system of the Caesar’s if they had an inkling of Hebrew and what it meant, but
the world has focused on the Greek, Latin and English versions of the
Scriptures, casting the Hebrew behind. This, of course, has a tendency to cover
up the real truth.
Tsar is actually a Hebrew word that means narrow; (as a noun) a tight
place (usually figuratively, i.e. trouble); also a pebble (as in 6864);
(transitive) an opponent (as crowding), #6962 in Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance.
Furthermore, it is translated as; adversary,
afflicted(-tion), anguish, close, distress, enemy, flint, foe,
narrow, small, sorrow, strait, tribulation,
trouble.
Psalms 74 utilizes this term in verse 10, “O Elohim, how long shall the
adversary
(tsar) reproach? Shall the enemy (oyeb) blaspheme thy name for
ever?”
Do you get that? This adversary (tsar) is the one who reproaches. He is the
enemy that blasphemes Yahweh’s name!
Both Constantine and King James replaced Yahweh’s and Yahshua’s true
names with names of blasphemy.
The Prophet Jeremiah is inspired to reveal modern day Babylon. This is a
prophecy for the last days because Jeremiah speaks of the scattering of the
house of Israel, first by Assyria and then Babylon (50:17) , but then He
declares that He will bring Israel back to the land and none of the iniquity of
Israel nor the sins of Judah will be found (vv. 19-20).
Jeremiah declares, “Cut off the sower from Babylon, and him that
handleth the sickle in the time of harvest: for
fear of the oppressing sword they shall turn every one to his people, and they
shall flee every one to his own land.
Jeremiah further declares, “A sound of battle is in the land (earth),
and of great destruction. How is the hammer
of the whole earth cut asunder and broken! how is Babylon become a desolation
among the nations!
Russia is an inheritor of the Roman Empire, which, in turn, was the
inheritor of Babylon! The modern-day flag of Russia contains the hammer and
sickle!
Believe it or not, Augustus and his successors are the little horn of
Daniel 7. Constantine and his successors are the little horn of Daniel 8.
Furthermore, the book of Revelation chapter 6 reveals the seals being
stripped off of the book that was handed to the Lamb, Yahshua. The first seal
reveals a rider on a white horse with a bow going forth conquering and to
conquer (Rev. 6:2). The Greek root word of conquer is nike. Constantine called the Council of
Nicaea. The root word for Nicaea is nike.
It all has to do with deception. Constantine deceived the New Testament Assembly
by feigning repentance, entered into her midst and took over as her Pontifex Maximus (high priest). He then
changed the order of worship from the commands of Yahweh to that of pagan sun
worship. He and his successors set out to conquer the world with this newly
concocted abomination of desolations.
A white horse symbolizes a conquering hero. The Caesars/Kaisers/Czars set
out to conquer the world with their own concocted faith.
According to Psalms 74, the enemy, the Tsar, has set his signs for signs
rather than the signs Yahweh gave the Hebrews. Yahweh gave Israel the Sabbath
and annual holy days for signs. The Caesars, the enemies, the Tsars set their
signs of Sunday, Christmas, Easter, etc. as signs to be followed and utilized.
In doing this, they cast fire from the fire gods, strange gods, into Yahweh’s
sanctuary (Psa. 74:4-7).
BABYLON IS FALLEN, IS FALLEN
Rome, in Rabbinic literature, was Esau, Edom, Amalak, Seir and Tyre. Esau
sold his birthright to Jacob for a bowl of red soup. He was then given the name
Edom, meaning red. Amalek feared not Elohim. Seir is the kingdom given to Esau
by Yahweh (Dt. 2:5). Tyre was the holy city of the Zidonians, a people of Baal
worship.
Jacob’s inheritance was the kingdom of Yahweh. Esau’s inheritance was
Seir. Yahweh’s adversary is the devil. Seir comes from the root word sa’iyr,
which is defined as; shaggy; as noun, a he-goat; by analogy, a faun.
Furthermore, it is generally translated as; devil, goat, hairy, kid, rough, satyr.
The book of Hebrews declares, “Follow peace with all men, and holiness,
without which no man shall see the Sovereign: Looking diligently lest any man
fail of the grace of Yahweh; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble
you, and thereby many be defiled; Lest there be any fornicator, or profane
person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright.
Esau is declared to be a fornicator and profane person because he sold
his birthright. Fornicator comes from the Greek word pornos and is defined as; a (male)
prostitute (as venal), i.e. (by analogy) a debauchee (libertine). It not only
has to do with a fornicator, but also a whoremonger.
Profane has to do with heathenish or wicked practices.
Isn’t it interesting that one of the key Hebrew words for wicked is rascha,
which sounds so much like Russia! Tsar is enemy, foe, tribulation, etc. The
lower house of the Russian parliament is the Duma, which is another Scriptural
epithet for Esau.
When the Russian Czar in the eastern half of the Roman Empire (Babylon)
fell, and the German Kaiser in the western half of the Roman Empire (Babylon)
fell, then the Scripture that decrees Babylon is fallen, is fallen applied (Rev.
14:8, 18:1-3).
Revelation 14:8 declares, “Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great
city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.”
From the beginning kingdom of Babylon under Nebuchadnezar to Rome, the
world ruling kingdoms of the earth have been great fornicators, whoremongers
spiritually speaking. Esau’s descendants were/are the heads of the final Roman
kingdom, both east and west. The Caesars entered into the New Testament
congregation and caused her to commit fornication with the kings and nations of
the earth.
Revelation 18:1-3 declares, “And after these things I saw another angel
come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his
glory. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is
fallen, is fallen, and
is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a
cage of every unclean and hateful bird. For all nations have drunk
of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have
committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich
through the abundance of her delicacies.”
THE RED HORSE
The second seal of Revelation chapter 6 reveals one riding on a red horse
with a great sword in his hand.
Firstly, a sword is an implement for war. A great sword would symbolize a
great war and the Great War was fought in 1914-1918.
Secondly, 1918 is when the German Kaiser, head of the western half of the
Roman Empire (Babylon) fell. Also, the Russian Czar, head of the eastern half of
the Roman Empire (Babylon) fell. Thus, we would have the saying “Babylon is
fallen, is fallen.”
Thirdly, the doctrine of Amalek who feared not Elohim began to prevail.
It was the doctrine of Atheistic Red Communism, socialism, humanism. These are
the doctrines of devils, foul spirits and unclean birds.
Rome, latter day Babylon, the kingdom of Esau, committed fornication with
all of the heathenish, pagan gods of the heavens. Her cup of wine has caused all
nations to become drunk with this fornication, this whoredom.
Yahweh allowed her to continue until He had had enough and He then caused
the descendants of Esau to be fed that delicious doctrine of RED Soup called
Communism, socialism, humanism. Remember it is a soup and a soup is a mixture.
Look at what has happened to the world since the Great War, the war to
end all wars, but in actuality, the war to bring a drastic change upon Rome,
Babylon and the whole world! Germany, the original home of the Kaiser, head of
the western half of the empire, rose up under Adolf Hitler with their National
Socialist schemes for world domination. It was a wicked, demonic power that had
to be destroyed.
But Stalin was the head of the eastern half of the empire with their
socialistic, communist doctrines. He held the whole eastern half of Europe along
with Russia captive behind an iron curtain.
Does the term “IRON” mean anything to you? Weren’t the legs of the
image of Daniel 2 iron? Weren’t the teeth of the fourth beast of Daniel 7
iron?
The Communist doctrine has gained prominence throughout the world and is
continuing to gain ground. China has fallen victim to Communism. North Korea has
fallen victim to it.
America was the last bastion of resistance to this Communistic,
socialistic, humanistic hegemony. She resisted the spread of Communism by aiding
the Koreans and then the Vietnamese, but the Communists and socialists have done
their job quite well.
Atheistic Communist socialists have been planted in our own educational
framework, our government, and even our churches. They continue to bombard our
young minds with their doctrinal poisons. They are the perpetrators of unrest
and disorder wherever they go. It is now quite apparent that they are primarily
in control of the Democratic party and are now in the process of also bringing
the Republican party under their liberal, licentious policies.
Since the Great War, warfare and the ability to wage war with ever
increasing weapons of mass destruction has continued to increase. It was
understood when this author was a soldier in the early sixties that the world
was then able to be destroyed many times over with biological, chemical and
nuclear warfare.
The god of destruction has continued to open the abyss of weapons of
destruction. He continues to infect the minds of zealots who are so greatly
deceived that they are willing to sow destruction wherever they can in order to
subdue the masses by their terror tactics. They will strap belts of explosives
to themselves and walk among men, women and children inflicting destruction,
death, pain, suffering and torture on their victims, all in the name of their
false gods and false ways.
This is great wickedness, great evil. Their weapons of destruction will
increase more and more in order to inflict the greatest number of casualties.
These deceived people can’t even begin to believe the truth of the matter and
the truth is that their leaders are secretly Communists, socialists, humanists.
Look at how even the Muslims post great pictures of their leaders in the same
manner that Lenin, Stalin, Mao and other great Communist leaders have done.
Yahshua prophesied concerning His return from heaven, “But of that day
and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. But
as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as
in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying
and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, And knew
not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of
the Son of man be,” Mt. 24:36-39.
He said the same thing in the book of Luke, “And when he was demanded
of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of Elohim should come, he answered them and
said, The kingdom of Elohim cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say,
Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of Elohim is among you. And he
said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of
the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it. And they shall say to you,
See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them. For as the
lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the
other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day. But first
must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation. And as it was in
the days of Noah, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. They did
eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day
that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.
Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they
bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; But the same day that Lot went
out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed,” Lk.
17:20-30.
Yes, so true. Man survives through the physical world. Thus, he must be
plowing, planting, working, eating, drinking, marrying and giving in marriage,
providing for himself and his family, etc.
But what else do the Scriptures reveal concerning the activities of man,
“And El saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every
imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And it
repented Yahweh that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his
heart…. The earth also was corrupt before Elohim, and the earth was filled
with violence. And Elohim looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt;
for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth,” Gen. 6:5-6, 11-12.
In verses 5-6 the subject is the imagination or whatever is contrived in
the mind of man is brought forth, invented for evil. Man took of the tree of the
knowledge of good and evil, thus, whatever he does or brings forth, he brings
forth for good and for evil. But the greater overall purposes are utilized more
for evil than for good.
Music can be good, soothing, relaxing and inspiring, or it can be
utilized for spoil, to stir up emotions to do, to perform evil. Movies could be
utilized to encourage people to walk in the paths of light, or they can be
utilized for evil, destruction, violence, illicit sex, etc. Government can be
utilized for the good of the people or it can also be utilized to reduce its
subjects to slavery and abject poverty.
Agriculture can be utilized for the good of the people, so they can eat
and the farmer can be blessed through his efforts, or the food, seed, fruit can
be manipulated by huge powerful corporations who copyright their products and
produce food that is genetically altered, which is destructive to those who eat
thereof and reduces the farmers to slavery to the corporation.
Man can live at peace with his neighbor and nations could respect each
others borders, or they can lust greedily at what the neighbor possesses and
steal, kill, burgle, build powerful armies to enter in and pillage, rape and
plunder.
In Gen. 6:11-12, the earth had come to ruin through corruption. The earth
was also being filled with violence. Isn’t that what is taking place in
today’s world? Aren’t there those who are dedicated to the violent overthrow
of Israel and America? Did you know that the Hebrew word for violence is Hamas?
Hamas is dedicated to the violent overthrow of Israel. Their second primary
target is, of course, once again, America.
Do you think that Esau, Edom and especially Amalek could have something
to do with this? According to the Scriptures, such is surely the case if you
know how to read them rightly.
Obadiah has this to say about Esau, “All the men of thy confederacy have brought thee
even to the border: the men that were at peace with thee have deceived thee, and
prevailed against thee; they that eat thy bread have laid a wound under thee:
there is none understanding in him. Shall I not in that day, saith Yahweh, even
destroy the wise men out of Edom, and understanding out of the mount of Esau?
And thy mighty men, O Teman, shall be dismayed, to the end that every one of the
mount of Esau may be cut off by slaughter. For thy violence against thy brother Jacob shame shall
cover thee, and thou shalt be cut off for ever. In the day that thou
stoodest on the other side, in the day that the strangers carried away captive
his forces, and foreigners entered into his gates, and cast lots upon Jerusalem,
even thou wast as one of them. But thou shouldest not have looked on the day of
thy brother in the day that he became a stranger; neither shouldest thou have rejoiced over the children of
Judah in the day of their destruction; neither shouldest thou have
spoken proudly in the day of distress. Thou
shouldest not have entered into the gate of my people in the day of their
calamity; yea, thou shouldest not have looked on their affliction in the day of
their calamity, nor have laid hands on their substance in the day of their
calamity; Neither shouldest thou have stood in the crossway, to
cut off those of his that did escape; neither shouldest thou have delivered up
those of his that did remain in the day of distress. For the day of Yahweh is
near upon all the heathen: as thou hast done, it shall be done unto thee: thy
reward shall return upon thine own head,” vv. 7-15.
The word “confederacy” is translated from the Hebrew word beriyt (covenant). Esau has
made a covenant with various peoples of the earth, especially the enemies of
Jacob. The fact of the matter is that Russia has been supplying Iran with the
weapons to maim, wound, and slay American soldiers in Iraq. They have been in
league with China, North Korea, North Vietnam, Iran, Iraq and other avowed
enemies of Israel (modern day Judah) and America (modern day Israel, even though
that fact is hidden from public view).
Baalam prophesied that Amalek was the first or beginning of the nations
(goyim/Gentiles/heathen). (Num. 24:20)
He also proclaimed that Edom and Seir would be the possession of the
enemies of the star of Jacob (Yahshua) and Israel (v. 18).
We have entered into the last days. Russia and her confederacy possess
the mind, heart, spirit of Esau, Edom, Amalek, Seir. Those of the Arabic,
Islamic persuasion are of the spirit, heart, mind of Ishmael.
Esau took a daughter of Ishmael as his wife. Ishmael hated Isaac and Esau
hated Jacob. Both Russia, modern-day Esau, Amalek and Islam, Ishmael hate Judah
(modern day Israel) and Israel (America) and have designs against both peoples
to lay them waste.
Keep your eyes on Russia, China, Iraq, Iran, the Communist world and the
Islamic world. Much chaos, confusion, distress, misery and destruction will yet
be pouring forth from them and their allies.
THE THIRD SEAL
It now appears that the third seal has been stripped off of the book that
Yahshua was given in Revelation 5 & 6.
Let’s take a look at the prophecy concerning this third rider, “And
when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see.
And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of
balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A
measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see
thou hurt not the oil and the wine,” Rev. 6:5-6.
The balances, of course, have to do with measuring out. A penny was a
day’s wage. This has to do with scarcity of food, and the cost. If a person is
making minimum wage and it takes a whole day of work just to be able to buy the
food consumed on that day, then there is nothing left over for other expenses or
anyone else.
Unusual weather patterns have served to damage and destroy many crops and
farmland. The honey bees are suffering from colony collapse disorder. They are
most important to not only the production of honey, but they are the world’s
best pollinators. At least 1/3 of the world’s food supply depends upon them.
Gas and oil prices are also wreaking havoc in the world’s food markets.
The price of food is skyrocketing and will go much higher. Many nation’s
principle food supplies have more than doubled in cost causing food riots, etc.,
in many of the third world nations. The
next step will be scarcity because it will be more and more difficult for
farmers to be able to afford the petroleum products so important and vital to
farming throughout the world in these last days. It will also be much more
expensive to get produce to market.

and soaring oil prices will pale in comparison to looming catastrophe.

A new crisis is emerging, a global food
catastrophe that will reach further and be more crippling than anything the
world has ever seen. The credit crunch and the reverberations of soaring oil
prices around the world will pale in comparison to what is about to transpire,
Donald Coxe, global portfolio strategist at BMO Financial Group said at the
Empire Club's 14th annual investment outlook in Toronto on Thursday.
"It's not a matter of if, but when,"
he warned investors. "It's going to hit this year hard."
Mr. Coxe said the sharp rise in raw food
prices in the past year will intensify in the next few years amid increased
demand for meat and dairy products from the growing middle classes of countries
such as China and India as well as heavy demand from the biofuels industry.
"The greatest challenge to the world is
not US$100 oil; it's getting enough food so that the new middle class can eat
the way our middle class does, and that means we've got to expand food output
dramatically," he said.
The impact of tighter food supply is already
evident in raw food prices, which have risen 22% in the past year.
Mr. Coxe said in an interview that this surge
would begin to show in the prices of consumer foods in the next six months.
Consumers already paid 6.5% more for food in the past year.
Wheat prices alone have risen 92% in the past
year, and yesterday closed at US$9.45 a bushel on the Chicago Board of Trade.
At the centre of the imminent food catastrophe
is corn - the main staple of the ethanol industry. The price of corn has risen
about 44% over the past 15 months, closing at US$4.66 a bushel on the CBOT
yesterday - its best finish since June 1996.
This not only impacts the price of food
products made using grains, but also the price of meat, with feed prices for
livestock also increasing.
"You're going to have real problems in
countries that are food short, because we're already getting embargoes on food
exports from countries, who were trying desperately to sell their stuff before,
but now they're embargoing exports," he said, citing Russia and India as
examples.
"Those who have food are going to have a
big edge."
With 54% of the world's corn supply grown in
America's mid-west, the U.S. is one of those countries with an edge.
But Mr. Coxe warned U.S. corn exports were in
danger of seizing up in about three years if the country continues to subsidize
ethanol production. Biofuels are expected to eat up about a third of America's
grain harvest in 2007.
The amount of U.S. grain currently stored for
following seasons was the lowest on record, relative to consumption, he said.
"You should be there for it fully-hedged
by having access to those stocks that benefit from rising food prices."
He said there are about two dozen stocks in
the world that are going to redefine the world's food supplies, and "those
stocks will have a precious value as we move forward."
Mr. Coxe said crop yields around the world
need to increase to something close to what is achieved in the state of
Illinois, which produces over 200 corn bushes an acre compared with an average
30 bushes an acre in the rest of the world.
"That will be done with more fertilizer,
with genetically modified seeds, and with advanced machinery and
technology," he said.
THE FOURTH SEAL
“And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the
fourth beast say, Come and see. And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his
name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given
unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with
hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth,” Rev. 6:7-8.
It is said that this horse is “pale”, but the Greek is chloros, which has to do with a greenish-yellow
color. This horseman’s name is death and power is given over these four
horsemen to kill with the sword, hunger and death. The King James Version says
that these horsemen have power over a fourth part of the earth to kill them with
their implements, but this author has a sneaky suspicion that it is meant that
they have power over the four parts of the earth, north, south, east and west,
to kill with death.
One can say that death has reigned since Adam and this is correct, but
death reigns through these horsemen because they are utilized to bring about the
death of people before their time through the various means of warfare, whether
overt or covert.
THE FIFTH SEAL
And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of
them that were slain for the
word of Yahweh, and for the testimony which they held: And they
cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Sovereign, holy and true, dost thou
not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? And white robes
were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should
rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their
brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled,” Rev.
6:9-11.
Notice that these die for the word of Yahweh and for the testimony which
they held.
Did you know that few people understand what is meant here, even in the assemblies? The world
and its princes absolutely don’t understand it or they wouldn’t have slain
the Prince of life to begin with (1 Cor. 1-8).
Who denied Him and had Him slain to begin with? Wasn’t it his own
people Judah? Didn’t He make the world and the world knew Him not? Didn’t He
come to His own and His own received Him not? (Jn. 1:10-11)
History continues to repeat itself time and time again. We can see how
the world rulers simply don’t know Him and the many pagan peoples. But the
overall preponderance of His own, modern day Judaism, still reject Him. Then
there are those who proclaim to know Him (Christianity); they proclaim to be His
disciples, but their works, ritualism and observances prove otherwise.
Even Islam admits that Moses and Yahshua (they call him Jesus like so
much of the rest o the world) were prophets of Elohim, but their prophet
supersedes them.
But even those today who proclaim the names Yahweh and Yahshua and other
various forms, simply don’t know Him, by denying Who He is, was, and will be
because they don’t understand the depths of the Word of Yahweh, nor His
Testimony.
Converting the Word of Yahweh to Hebrew would yield hwhy-rbd. This is the
name of the Savior as revealed in the Old Testament and the New Testament.
Isaiah proclaims, “ To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not
according to this word, it is because there is no light in them,” 8:20.
Most understand that the term “the law” is referring to the Torah,
the first five books of Scripture. However, they don’t even begin to
understand what this is implying. And how many know what the “testimony” is?
If people really understand what the Torah is focusing on, along with the
testimony, then they wouldn’t be writing works that deny Who Yahshua is. They
wouldn’t be denying His eternity nor the headship from which He came and has
returned to. Even though many proclaim the names Yahweh (hwhy) and Yahshua
([wwhy), their own
works and ideas reveal that they still don’t know and understand the truth,
and only serve to confuse the sheep with those ideas and beliefs.
We will be running an article entitled “The True Testimony” in our
next magazine. We hope that you will be looking forward to it and that it will
begin to reveal the depths of the truths concerning Yahshua and the Father. But
we still understand that there will be those who simply won’t be able to
receive it and will openly reject it.
However, concerning the use of the name Yahweh, Pope Benedict XVI has
issued an edict banning the use of the name Yahweh in Catholic Liturgy because
it is offensive to the Jewish people and besides, Christian church tradition has
been that the name was unpronounceable and has not been translated into any
Christian version of the Scriptures, as well as other languages.
This sets the stage for persecution and tribulation of those who continue
to persist in the use of Yahweh’s name. The Jewish people deem its use to be
blasphemy on penalty of death. When conditions are right, they will utilize the
beast power and its religious headship to put Yahweh’s people to death as was
done in Yahshua’s and the apostle’s day. The fifth seal will be stripped
away by Yahshua sometime in the very near future. We must begin to prepare
ourselves for that day. Events are beginning to heat up. Events that will bring
us to the fulfillment of prophecy. JH
