Moses
addressed the children of Israel before his death, and before they entered into
the promised land of Canaan. He encouraged their obedience to Yahweh their
Elohim so that they would receive the most wondrous blessings, "And it
shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of Yahweh
thy Elohim, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this
day, that Yahweh thy Elohim will set thee on high above all nations of the
earth: And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou
shalt hearken unto the voice of Yahweh thy Elohim," Dt. 28:1-2. (see also
verses 3-14)
But he also
warned of many dreadful curses that would come upon them if they refused to
obey, "But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice
of Yahweh thy Elohim, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes
which I command thee this day; that all these curses shall come upon thee, and
overtake thee....," v. 15. (see also verses 16-68)
Yahweh
not only made His covenant with the people of that day that were standing before
Him, but also with those who were not there (later generations), "Ye stand
this day all of you before Yahweh thy Elohim; your captains of your tribes, your
elders, and your officers, with all the men of Israel, Your little ones, your
wives, and thy stranger that is in thy camp, from the hewer of thy wood unto the
drawer of thy water: That thou shouldest enter into covenant with Yahweh thy
Elohim, and into his oath, which Yahweh thy Elohim maketh with thee this day:
That he may establish thee to day for a people unto himself, and that he may be
unto thee an Elohim, as he hath said unto thee, and as he hath sworn unto thy
fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob. Neither with you only do I make
this covenant and this oath; But with him that standeth here with us this day
before Yahweh thy Elohim, and also
with him that is not here with us this day," Dt.
29:10-15.
Again, he
warned them, "(For ye know how we have dwelt in the land of Egypt; and how
we came through the nations which ye passed by; And ye have seen their
abominations, and their idols, wood and stone, silver and gold, which were among
them:) Lest there should be among you man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose
heart turneth away this day from Yahweh our Elohim, to go and serve the gods of
these nations; lest there should be among you a root
that beareth gall and wormwood;
And it come to pass, when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless
himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the
imagination of mine heart, to add drunkenness to thirst: Yahweh will not spare
him, but then the anger of Yahweh and his jealousy shall smoke against that man,
and all the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him, and Yahweh
shall blot out his name from under heaven. And Yahweh shall separate him unto
evil out of all the tribes of Israel, according to all the curses of the
covenant that are written in this book of the law: So that the
generation to come of your children that shall rise up after
you, and the stranger that shall come from a far land, shall say, when they see
the plagues of that land, and the sicknesses which Yahweh hath laid upon it; And
that the whole land thereof is brimstone, and salt, and burning, that it is not
sown, nor beareth, nor any grass groweth therein, like the overthrow of Sodom,
and Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboim, which Yahweh overthrew in his anger, and in his
wrath: Even all nations shall say, Wherefore hath Yahweh done thus unto this
land? what meaneth the heat of this great anger?" Dt. 29:16-24.
"The
generation to come" is translated from the Hebrew words dowr acharown, which literally
means "THE LAST GENERATION!"
Gall and
wormwood have to do with poison and bitterness. Gall is translated from the
Hebrew word rowsh, which is defined as; a poisonous plant,
probably the poppy (from its
conspicuous head); generally poison (even of serpents). The
poppy???!!!!.....from whence comes HEROIN!!!!
This is
warning that the people would be turned to the use of drugs. Drugs are the
poison of the serpent! Why are people turning to drug dependency, legal and
illegal? Because the people have forsaken Yahweh their Elohim, His word, His
Son, their kingdom. They have been turned away to the practice of idolatry and
even the hopelessness of atheism and evolution, for which there is no reason nor
purpose for existence! The result is the curse of many diseases, afflictions,
perverted minds, etc.
Furthermore, we
can understand the true meaning of wormwood today through the event that took
place in Chernobyl, Russia. Chernobyl means wormwood! Wormwood has to do with
the deadly effects of atomic and nuclear explosions and other atomic devices
which not only destroy, but produce the remaining effect of deadly radiation for
thousands, even millions of years!
Atomic and
nuclear warfare are not the only way to produce the deadly effects of radiation.
The peacetime utilization for the production of electricity, etc. can also
produce radiation. Remember not only Chernobyl, but Three Mile Island, and the
latest disaster in Fukushima, Japan! Deadly radiation is now affecting the
United States, and will eventually affect Europe.
The plagues
and sicknesses caused by rebellion against Yahweh are devastating. The impending
destruction that now faces His people will soon break out on them. Atomic and
nuclear weapons will turn the land into the destruction as described concerning
Sodom and Gomorrah!
Let's
continue to the end of the chapter, "Then men shall say, Because they have
forsaken the covenant of Yahweh Elohim of their fathers, which he made with them
when he brought them forth out of the land of Egypt: For they went and served
other gods, and worshipped them, gods whom they knew not, and whom he had not
given unto them: And the anger of Yahweh was kindled against this land, to bring
upon it all the curses that are written in this book: And Yahweh rooted them out
of their land in anger, and in wrath, and in great indignation, and cast them
into another land, as it is this day. The secret things belong unto Yahweh our
Elohim: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children
for ever, that we may do all the words of this law," Dt. 29:16-29.
He finished
his discourse as is recorded, " And it came to
pass, when Moses had made an end of writing the words of this law in a book,
until they were finished, that Moses commanded the Levites, which bare the ark
of the covenant of Yahweh, saying, Take this book of the law, and put it in the
side of the ark of the covenant of Yahweh your Elohim, that it may be there for
a witness against thee. For I know thy rebellion, and thy
stiff neck: behold, while I am yet alive with you this day, ye have been
rebellious against Yahweh; and how much more after my death?
Gather unto me all the elders of your tribes, and your officers, that I may
speak these words in their ears, and call heaven and earth to record against
them. For I know that after my death ye will utterly corrupt yourselves, and
turn aside from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will befall you in the
latter days; because ye will do evil in the sight of Yahweh, to
provoke him to anger through the work of your hands. And Moses spake in the ears
of all the congregation of Israel the words of this song, until they were
ended," Dt. 31:24-30.
"The
latter days" here is translated from the Hebrew word ha yowm ha acharit (tirha/tyrja). I have
presented this in both the Pictorial and Paleo Hebrew so that we can notice that
acharit contains the very first letter of the Hebrew
alphabet, the aleph (a/a), and the very
last letter of the Hebrew alphabet, the tau
(t/t). So we have the
beginning of Israel as they entered into the land represented by the aleph, and we have the end of the issue represented
by the tau.
What a fitting word to represent the period from their beginning to their
"latter", or "last."
Moses writes this prophecy in Deuteronomy 32, "Give
ear, O ye heavens, and I will speak; and hear, O earth, the words of my mouth.
My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the
small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass: Because I
will publish the name of Yahweh: ascribe ye greatness unto our Elohim. He is the
Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: an Elohim of truth and
without iniquity, just and right is he. They have corrupted themselves, their spot is not the spot
of his children: they are a perverse and crooked generation.
Do ye thus requite Yahweh, O foolish people and unwise? is not he thy father
that hath bought thee? hath he not made thee, and established thee? Remember the
days of old, consider the years of many generations: ask thy father, and he will
shew thee; thy elders, and they will tell thee. When the most High divided to
the nations their inheritance, when he separated the sons of Adam, he set the
bounds of the people according to the number of the children of Israel. For
Yahweh's portion is his people; Jacob is the lot of his inheritance. He found
him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he
instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye. As an eagle stirreth up her
nest, fluttereth over her young, spreadeth abroad her wings, taketh them,
beareth them on her wings: So Yahweh alone did lead him, and there was no
strange Elohim with him. He made him ride on the high places of the earth, that
he might eat the increase of the fields; and he made him to suck honey out of
the rock, and oil out of the flinty rock; Butter of kine, and milk of sheep,
with fat of lambs, and rams of the breed of Bashan, and goats, with the fat of
kidneys of wheat; and thou didst drink the pure blood of the grape. But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: thou art waxen fat,
thou art grown thick, thou art covered with fatness; then he forsook Elohim
which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation.
They provoked him to jealousy with strange gods, with
abominations provoked they him to anger. They sacrificed unto devils, not to Elohim; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods
that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not. Of the Rock that begat thee
thou art unmindful, and hast forgotten Elohim that formed thee.
And when Yahweh saw it, he abhorred them, because of the provoking of his sons,
and of his daughters. And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see
what their end shall be: for they are a very froward generation, children in
whom is no faith. They have moved me to
jealousy with that which is not Elohim; they have provoked me to anger with
their vanities: and I will move them to jealousy with those which are
not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation. For a fire is
kindled in mine anger, and shall burn unto the lowest hell, and shall consume
the earth with her increase, and set on fire the foundations of the mountains. I
will heap mischiefs upon them; I will spend mine arrows upon them. They shall be
burnt with hunger, and devoured with burning heat, and with bitter destruction: I will also send the teeth of beasts upon
them, with the poison of serpents of the dust. The sword
without, and terror within, shall destroy both the young man and the virgin, the
suckling also with the man of gray hairs," vv. 1-25.
What nation
has waxed fat and kicked in these latter days? What nation is suffering from the
effects of drugs? Look at the movies being produced, the television programs,
the musicians, especially the rock culture. There is a love for the most vile,
wicked, and perverse entertainment. Man was made in the image of Elohim, but so
many people in today's world want to make themselves look more like devils and
demons than Elohim.
Then there
are the leaders who have forsaken any sense of responsibility, or stability.
Even though great wealth abounds, the nation is the greatest debtor nation on
the face of the earth. Sooner or later the debt has to be paid. A people cannot
borrow themselves into prosperity. There is a proverb that states that the
borrower is servant (slave) to the lender (Prov. 22:7).
THE BATTLE OF THE SEEDS
I want to
shift gears now in order to bring another set of prophetic Scriptures into play.
After Eve was deceived by the serpent and she and her husband ate of the
forbidden fruit, as recorded in Genesis chapter three, Yahweh pronounced curses
on all three beginning with the instigator of the ordeal, the serpent. He told
the serpent, "And Yahweh Elohim said unto the serpent, Because thou hast
done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field;
upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
And I will put enmity between thee and the woman,
and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt
bruise his heel," vv. 14-15.
The Hebrew
word for "heel" is aqob/aqeb (bq[). The woman's seed (singular) is a prophecy
of Yahshua the Messiah Who was sent to crush the head of the serpent, and did so
as is revealed in the New Testament.
Before His
crucifixion, Yahshua stated, "Now is the judgment of this world: now shall
the prince of this world be cast out," Jn. 12:31. Satan, the adversary, is
revealed to be the "prince of the power of the air" (Eph. 2:2), and
the god of this world (2 Cor. 4:4).
When Yahshua
was fasting for forty days and nights, Satan came tempting Him, and in one
instance, he offered Yahshua all of the kingdoms of the world if He would only
fall down and worship him (Mt. 4:8-9). Yahshua refused which, by resisting
Satan's temptations, he got the victory over him.
Satan has had
the power of deception and death over mankind ever since he tempted Eve to take
of the forbidden fruit. One more thing had to be done to Yahshua in order for
Him to get the victory over the prince of death. He had to be lifted up on the
cross, and in doing so, He received power over the grave and death. The book of
Hebrews states, "Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and
blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he
might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil," Heb.
2:14.
Yahshua was
taken to the place of the skull, which is called in the Hebrew tongue Golgotha,
and Calvary in the Greek. (Mt. 27:33; Mk. 15:22; Jn. 19:17; Lk. 23:33). Three
stakes, three crosses were driven into the skull announcing the death of death.
In the final judgment both death and hell (the grave), along with the serpent,
will be cast into the lake of fire (Rev. 20:14).
But, as the
Scriptures above in Dt. 32 declare, Jacob is the "lot of Yahweh's
inheritance." In order to achieve the name Jacob/Yacob, all one has to do
is add the Hebrew letter "yod" to the word for heel
bq[y. The "yod" is the first letter in
Yahweh's name hwhy!
The letter "yod" added to the Hebrew word for heel signifies that
Jacob/Yacob is Yahweh's/Yahshua's seed and inheritance. The prophecy is true!
Even though the head of the serpent is crushed by the seed of the woman (Yahshua),
the serpent is allowed to continue until Yahshua returns in power and glory from
heaven. The serpent, with his great deceptive tactics has, in the meantime,
crushed Yahshua's heel (bq[) which is Jacob/Yacob (bq[y).
MOSES’ TYPOLOGY
Remember what
happened to Israel when Moses was called up into the mount to receive the tables
of the covenant? He was up in the mount with Yahweh for forty days and nights,
and while he was there receiving instructions, the children of Israel fell away
to idolatry. Aaron, the high priest, took their golden earrings and fashioned a
golden calf for the people to worship and offer sacrifices to (Ex. 32:1-6).
The people
had already broken the covenant. This is typified by the broken tables of the
covenant which Moses cast on the ground when he came down and saw the idolatrous
activity taking place (Ex. 32:19).
Moses told
the people that Yahweh would raise up a Prophet like him that they should listen
to, "Yahweh thy Elohim will raise up unto thee a
Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall
hearken; According to all that thou desiredst of Yahweh thy
Elohim in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the
voice of Yahweh my Elohim, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I
die not. And Yahweh said unto me, They have well spoken that which they have
spoken. I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto
thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that
I shall command him. And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken
unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him,"
Dt. 18:15-19.
That Prophet
was and is Yahshua the Messiah. While Moses ascended into the mount, Yahshua has
ascended into the heavens to sit beside the Father, and to also intercede for
His people. It appears that Yahshua's time to remain in the heavens would be
about 2,000 years (40 x 50). Forty, as we know, is a very important number with
Yahweh, and so is fifty since it is the number of jubilee, liberty, and freedom.
In the meantime, Yahshua's people have turned away from Him and embraced
idolatry and another savior. When He returns, He will find His people steeped in
their idolatrous rebellion as did Moses.
This will
fulfill the prophecy given in the book of Genesis concerning the seeds. Yahshua
was sent to crush the serpent's head, but the serpent, through his ability to
deceive, has crushed Yahshua's heel (bq[/bq[y). The Scriptures are replete with this truth.
Yahweh gave
His people His commandments written on tables of stone, but the remnant of His
people in today's world, while proclaiming the "Ten Commandments" (the
religious), declare that they are done away. Even today's governmental agencies
are on a crusade to remove the commandments, prayer, and faith in Elohim (god)
from public and private life.
GENERATION X
There is a
generation that has been labeled as Generation X. This generation is said to
cover a life span of somewhere around its beginning in 1961 - 1965 to 1981 -
1983. This is quite interesting because it is the understanding of this author
that Yahweh can move a people to name themselves or their country, or their
time, without they themselves truly understanding what is going on.
Let's take,
for instance, the Hebrew word rasha
which has to do with the wicked, morally wrong, bad, etc. Rome was the fourth
kingdom of Daniel chapter 2 and the fourth great and dreadful beast of Daniel
chapter 7. This beast kingdom was to continue until Yahshua returns and
establishes the kingdom of heaven. This is also the great beast revealed in the
book of Revelation.
Rome was a
great city, which was eventually divided into three cities. There was Old Rome,
the second Rome (Roma Nova, Constantinople), and the third Rome (Moscow,
Russia). Let's see.... Russia - rasha...hmmmm.....
We have identified Rome, including Russia with Esau, Edom, Amalek, Seir, and
Tyre in previous articles, especially the article/booklet entitled Esau's Inheritance.
The lower
governmental house of Russia is called the Duma, which, in Scripture, is an
epithet for Esau (See Isa. 21:11). Balaam prophesied that Amalek, the grandson
of Esau through his son Eliphaz (meaning: my god is gold), would be the chief,
the head of the nations in the end-time (Num. 24:20). Amalek feared not Elohim (Dt.
25:17-18), which means that he would be the leader of the atheistic hordes in
the end-time. The head of the Roman Empire in Constantinople and Russia was
titled the Tsar. Tsar, in Hebrew, means narrow; (as a noun) a tight place
(usually figuratively, i.e. trouble);
also a pebble (as in 6864); (transitive) an opponent
(as crowding). It is generally translated as enemy, foe, adversary, trouble, tribulation,
etc.
Remember that
Jacob fed Esau with that delicious "red" food? Remember that Esau sold
his birthright to Jacob for that bowl of "red" food? History repeats
itself because man refuses to learn. The end-time descendants of Esau have had a
delicious "red" ideology sold to them in these last days called
Communism by descendants of Jacob. They have been in the process of selling this
delicious "red" ideology to the rest of the world, and many have
fallen for it, but America has resisted it.
So what about
Generation X? Well....the English letter "X" has been utilized to
signify many things. It has been utilized on maps to MARK a destination, or the
focal point of that map, as in the case of pirate's maps, etc. It has been and
probably still is utilized as the SIGNATURE (NAME) of an illiterate person on
documents. X's have been utilized to X out typing errors (before there were
correction tapes, and liquid paper, etc.). They are utilized in cartoons to
represent eyes of characters who are dead. Set them up like this + and they
represent death, the end, etc.
Interestingly,
the last Hebrew letter, the Tau
also represents these things and more. The Tau
in Paleo Hebrew looks exactly like an "X!" The more ancient Pictorial
Hebrew looks like a cross (t)!
It has to do with a MARK, a SIGNATURE, a COVENANT, a NAME, COMPLETION, THE END,
even DEATH!
Generation X
would be the last generation, the generation that, during their time, all of the
curses would come upon them for their utter and abject rebellion, disobedience
and rejection of their most wondrous and great Creator Yahweh. Of course, this
is also because of the sins of the generations before them.
FIGURING IT OUT
This author
understands that it is a dangerous thing to set dates. But there are some
interesting things to consider. Yahweh utilizes dates and times over and over
again, and again. For instance, the first temple built by Solomon was destroyed
on the 9th of Av in about 586-585 BCE. The second temple was destroyed on the
9th of Av in about 69-60 CE. The Jewish people can even pinpoint more disasters
that occurred on this date in other years even down to the 20th century!
John the
Baptist's ministry began in the 15th year of Tiberius who co-ruled with Augustus
for 2 or 3 years. Augustus died in 14 CE so if the count of Tiberius is included
with the time of his co-rulership, then this means that he would have been
co-ruling beginning in 11 - 12 CE, which means that John's ministry began
somewhere around 26 - 27 CE. He had to have been given time to build up a
following among the people so it is possible that Yahshua's baptism and ministry
began around 29 - 30 CE.
It is the
belief of this author that Yahshua had a 7 year ministry. I know that many teach
that it was a 3-1/2 year ministry, however, the Scriptures reveal that His
ministry began during Passover when He cleansed the temple the first time (Jn.
2:13-24). He had performed the miracle in Cana of Galilee earlier by turning
water into wine, but He told His mother that His hour had not come (Jn. 2:1-4).
Seven is the number for spiritual completion and perfection, rest, blessings,
and holiness (Gen. 2:1-3; Ex. 20:8-11). He cleansed the temple a second time
just before His death which took place on another Passover day, so one can't get
3-1/2 years from one Passover to another Passover.
If His
ministry began in 29 CE and ended 7 years later in 36 CE and He is to remain in
the heavens for about 2,000 years (40 x 50), that brings us to 2029 - 2036 CE.
It is interesting that an asteroid has been detected whose circuit will bring it
very close to the earth in 2029. If it enters into a certain section of the
heavens above the earth called a "keyhole" then 7 years later in 2036
it will strike the earth. This asteroid has been given the Egyptian name of
Apophis, which means "destroyer."
We read in
the book of Revelation, "And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth:
and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. And he opened the bottomless
pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace;
and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. And
there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given
power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. And it was commanded them that
they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither
any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of Yahweh in their
foreheads. And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that
they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a
scorpion, when he striketh a man. And in those days shall men seek death, and
shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them. And
the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on
their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces
of men. And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the
teeth of lions. And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and
the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to
battle. And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their
tails: and their power was to hurt men five months. And they had a king over
them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue
is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon," Rev. 9:1-11.
It is
interesting that the word asteroid means star-like, and that the Hebrew name
Abaddon, and Apollyon mean "destroyer!" If an asteroid smote the
earth, wouldn't there be smoke and a pit created as coming out of a great
furnace? Wouldn't the sun and air be darkened? Isn't that said to have happened
in ages past which destroyed previous worlds, according to scientists? Wouldn't
there be great destruction?
Psalms 90:10
states, "The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by
reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and
sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away." Three score and ten is 70
years of age. The average age of Americans is somewhere around 77-78years. If we
take the beginning estimate of Generation X and add 70 to it, we obtain 2031 -
2035. (1961 + 70 = 2031; 1965 + 70 = 2035)
EGYPT
Israel went
into Egypt for the salvation of the family because of the dirge that had come
upon the earth (Gen. 45:1-7).
However,
under Joseph's rule of Egypt, and because of the dirge, all of the animals,
lands, home, and even the people themselves became the property of Pharaoh,
"And there was no bread in all the land; for the famine was very sore, so
that the land of Egypt and all the land of Canaan fainted by reason of the
famine. And Joseph gathered up all the money that was found in the land of
Egypt, and in the land of Canaan, for the corn which they bought: and Joseph
brought the money into Pharaoh's house. And when money failed in the land of
Egypt, and in the land of Canaan, all the Egyptians came unto Joseph, and said,
Give us bread: for why should we die in thy presence? for the money faileth. And
Joseph said, Give your cattle; and I will give you for your cattle, if money
fail. And they brought their cattle unto Joseph: and Joseph gave them bread in
exchange for horses, and for the flocks, and for the cattle of the herds, and
for the asses: and he fed them with bread for all their cattle for that year.
When that year was ended, they came unto him the second year, and said unto him,
We will not hide it from my lord, how that our money is spent; my lord also hath
our herds of cattle; there is not ought left in the sight of my lord, but our
bodies, and our lands: Wherefore shall we die before thine eyes, both we and our
land? buy us and our land for bread, and we and our land will be servants unto
Pharaoh: and give us seed, that we may live, and not die, that the land be not
desolate. And Joseph bought all the land of Egypt for Pharaoh; for the Egyptians
sold every man his field, because the famine prevailed over them: so the land
became Pharaoh's. And as for the people, he removed them to cities from one end
of the borders of Egypt even to the other end thereof. Only the land of the
priests bought he not; for the priests had a portion assigned them of Pharaoh,
and did eat their portion which Pharaoh gave them: wherefore they sold not their
lands. Then Joseph said unto the people, Behold, I have bought you this day and
your land for Pharaoh: lo, here is seed for you, and ye shall sow the land. And
it shall come to pass in the increase, that ye shall give the fifth part unto
Pharaoh, and four parts shall be your own, for seed of the field, and for your
food, and for them of your households, and for food for your little ones. And
they said, Thou hast saved our lives: let us find grace in the sight of my lord,
and we will be Pharaoh's servants. And Joseph made it a law over the land of
Egypt unto this day, that Pharaoh should have the fifth part; except the land of
the priests only, which became not Pharaoh's," Gen. 47:13-26.
This worked
well for a time, but after Joseph's death, another Pharaoh arose who didn't know
him and because of the increase of the children of Israel, he worked subtilty in
order to enslave them (Ex. 1:8-9).
It is
interesting that the symbols of freemasonry are the symbols of Egypt. It is
interesting that many of the founders of this country were freemasons and that
most people in the authority and power of America are also freemasons. Indeed,
most leaders of the world are freemasons.
Pharaoh
placed "taskmasters" over the children of Israel to afflict them with
their burdens. Taskmaster is a derivative of the Hebrew words sar mac. Sar
simply means a captain, chief, general, governor, etc. Mac has to do with a burden or TAX! In other
words, tax collectors.
It is written
that Israel's tenure in Egypt was 430 years, "And it came to pass at the
end of the four hundred and thirty years, even the selfsame day it came to pass,
that all the hosts of Yahweh went out from the land of Egypt," Ex. 12:41.
The back of
the dollar bill not only exhibits the symbols of Egypt, but is declaring that it
is the currency or payment of Egypt (Annuit
Coeptis). The Federal Reserve system was created and initiated
under President Woodrow Wilson in 1913. By the late '20's and early '30's
Franklin Delano Roosevelt, a 33rd degree Mason, declared America to be bankrupt
and under his New Deal placed the country and its people into the hands of the
receivers. The Income Tax along with the Social Security system were initiated
and through the extremely heavy borrowing of monies from the Federal Reserve
system (a private banking enterprise) the whole nation has been sold into
slavery.
America is
now in debt to the tune of trillions upon trillions of dollars to the
international bankers and the rest of the world. It is impossible for Americans
to relieve themselves of the debt burden. Through the same subtilty of taxes and
the Federal Reserve System, Americans have become enslaved. That slavery to
indebtedness is very soon going to become a reality which will be even worse
than the experience of Egypt, "And the Egyptians made the children of
Israel to serve with rigour: And they made their lives bitter with hard bondage,
in morter, and in brick, and in all manner of service in the field: all their
service, wherein they made them serve, was with rigour," Ex. 1:13-14.
King James I
of England approved a charter in 1606 to a group of men who established the
first successful English settlement of Jamestown in 1607. It is interesting that
430 years from 1606 is 2036.
JACOB'S TROUBLE
The Prophet
Jeremiah is inspired to speak and write of a time of Jacob's trouble, "The
word that came to Jeremiah from Yahweh, saying, Thus speaketh Yahweh Elohim of
Israel, saying, Write thee all the words that I have spoken unto thee in a book.
For, lo, the days come, saith Yahweh, that I will bring again the captivity of
my people Israel and Judah, saith Yahweh: and I will cause them to return to the
land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it. And these are the
words that Yahweh spake concerning Israel and concerning Judah. For thus saith
Yahweh; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace. Ask ye
now, and see whether a man doth travail with child? wherefore do I see every man
with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned
into paleness? Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even
the time of Jacob's trouble; but he shall be saved out of it," Jer. 30:1-7.
Daniel also
speaks of a time of trouble and tribulation, "And at that time shall
Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy
people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was
a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered,
every one that shall be found written in the book. And many of them that sleep
in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to
shame and everlasting contempt. And they that be wise shall shine as the
brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the
stars for ever and ever," Dan. 12:1-3.
Yahshua was
asked by His disciples what would be the sign of His coming and of the end of
the world or age (Mt. 24:3). He warned three times of deception (Mt. 24:4, 11,
24). He also warned of great tribulation (Mt. 24:21). He declared that the times
would be like the days of Noah (Mt. 24:37).
Tribulation
and trouble is coming on America. The economy is dying. Over 50% of the people
are on some kind of governmental subsidy program. The nation is in debt to the
tune of many trillions of dollars. Abortion, homosexuality, pedophilia,
adultery, violence, thievery, drugs, diseases, deception are all on the
increase.
Both abortion
and homosexuality destroy and end future generations. We are supposed to love
our children, but to too many people they are a hindrance. The sexes (male and
female) were created for the furtherance of future generations. The sexual acts
of men with men, and women with women, do not procreate. Much chaos, confusion,
trials, troubles, and tribulations are in store for this last generation.
Our only hope for salvation, for deliverance is the intervention of the Savior and Redeemer Yahshua the Messiah. As stated, "And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened,: Mt. 24:22. Even so, come our Sovereign Yahshua!
THE HEBREW ALPHABET
The preceding Hebrew letter “waw” is also the number six. Man (Adam) was
made on the “sixth” day. The number for man is six. We are primarily made of
carbon which is marked with the atomic number six (6).
We have five (5) senses through which we are able to learn, to wit; 1hearing, 2sight, 3taste, 4smell, and 5feel. However, in order to be
able to put these senses to use, we must have a “sixth” element which would
be the “spirit in man.”
You see, the word “spirit” in Hebrew is ruach.
This Hebrew word ruach,
can also be translated as breath, wind, air, etc. The “spirit (ruach) of man” is simply his breath (ruach). We are naturally born with this
“spirit of man.” Of course, if we don’t breathe, then we are dead, and
unable to put these things to work in order to learn the things of a man.
Paul writes that while the “spirit in man” reveals the things of a man,
that is, the natural man, to us, there is a “seventh” element that we must
have if we are going to be able to understand the things of the Spirit (1 Cor.
2:11-14). That seventh
element, of course, is the Holy Spirit.
THE SABBATH
Originally, Yahweh established the seventh
day for rest (Gen. 2:1-3; Ex. 20:8-11). But the seventh day Sabbath is not only
set aside for “rest,” but for blessings, and sanctification (holiness). He
also set it as a “sign” between Himself and His people (Ex. 31:12-17).
In Leviticus 23, Yahweh reminds Israel that the seventh day Sabbath is a
“feast” day, and is to be set aside as a “holy convocation.”
Interestingly, the term “feast” is translated from the Hebrew word mow’ed, which is defined as: an appointment, i.e. a fixed time or season; specifically, a festival; conventionally a year; by implication, an assembly
(as convened for a definite purpose); technically the
congregation; by extension, the place of
meeting; also a signal
(as appointed beforehand) [Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance].
With the thousand years equivalent to a day, and a day equivalent to a
thousand years, spoken of by the Apostle Peter (2 Pet. 3:8), we understand that
Yahweh has allotted six thousand years for man to do his work, but the seventh
millennium belongs to Yahweh wherein His glorious kingdom of rest, blessings,
and sanctification will be ushered in under the hand of His beloved son Yahshua.
Furthermore, the Hebrew word mow’ed,
comes from the primitive root word ya’ad
which is defined as: to fix upon (by agreement or appointment); by implication,
to meet (at a stated time), to summon (to trial), to direct (in a certain
quarter or position), to engage (for marriage).
Also, the Sabbath is set aside for a “holy convocation.” The Hebrew term
is miqra qodesh. Miqra has to do with something called out, i.e. a public meeting (the act, the persons, or
the place); also a rehearsal.
Remember that there are also seven annual holy days that are also called mow’eds, and are holy convocations (miqra qodesh) [see Lev. 23 all].
From these definitions, we learn that the Seventh day Sabbath and the annual
holy days are appointments (mow’eds),
for Yahweh’s called out assembly (miqra)
specifically to rehearse (miqra)
for holy (qodesh) matrimony, because
they are engaged (ya’ad)
to Yahshua the Messiah.
Yahweh established the Sabbath and these other days as “signs” to
forewarn as a signal beforehand.
The Hebrew word for “sign” is owth
(tfa). It consists of the first
letter of the Hebrew alphabet, which is the aleph
(a), the sixth letter which is
the waw/vav (f), and the last letter which
is the tau (t).
The waw/vav is the sixth letter, which we
have addressed above as the letter representing a (the) man. Thus, as the word
“sign” applies to Yahshua, it reveals Him as the man (f) Who is the aleph (a)
and tau (t). (See Rev. 1:8)
It also reveals Him as the man (Adam/mda,
that is, the second Adam Who is the head [a],
the chief, the first in time, rank, place, order, etc.) Who was nailed (f) to the cross (t).
THE FORM
The Pictorial, and Paleo Hebrew presents the zayin
as a mattock or harvest implement. The modern Hebrew pictures it as a sword.
These perfectly describe and reveal some of the most marvelous things in
Yahweh’s Holy word!
The Alef-Beit by Rabbi Yitzchak
Ginsburgh also implies the form of zayin
to resemble a golden scepter and the crown on the head of a king, the vertical
part of the letter being a waw/vav
(w), with a crown on its head.
It is written, “A virtuous woman is a crown to her husband,” Prov. 12:4
(first part). “Virtuous is translated from the Hebrew word chayil which also means strong, or valor. Thus,
a “stong” woman, or a woman of “valor” is a crown to her husband.
Isaiah writes of Zion, “For Zion's
sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest, until
the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a
lamp that burneth. And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings
thy glory: and thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of Yahweh
shall name. Thou shalt also be a crown of
glory in the hand of Yahweh, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy Elohim.
Thou shalt no more be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed
Desolate: but thou shalt be called Hephzibah, and thy land Beulah: for Yahweh
delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be
married,” Isa. 62:1-4.
Yahshua is the King of kings and Sovereign of sovereigns. His bride is in
the process of being prepared for Him today so that when the time comes for His
return, she will have been made ready, “And I heard as it were the voice of a
great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty
thunderings, saying, HalleluYah: for Yahweh El Shaddai reigneth. Let us be glad
and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the
marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and
white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. And he saith unto me,
Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb.
And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of Elohim,” Rev. 19:6-9.
The true Zion (bride) is revealed in Rev. 14:1-5.
Rabbi Ginsburg writes, “The Maggid of Mezeritch, the successor of Ba’al
Shem Tov, teaches that the verse ‘A woman of valor is the crown of her
husband’ (Prov. 12:4) alludes to the form of the letter zayin.
The previous letter, waw/vav,
portrays the or yashar (’straight
light’) descending from Elohim into the worlds. The zayin, whose form is similar to a waw/vav, though with a crown on top, reflects
the or yashar of the waw/vav as or chozer (’returning
light’). Or chozer ascends with such great
force that it reaches a higher state of consciousness than that of the revealed
origin-point of the or yashar.
When reaching the initially superconscious realm of keter (the crown), it broadens its awareness
of both the right and left. In truth ‘there is no left in that Ancient One
[the level of keter], for all is right.’ This means that the awe of Elohim
(left) at this initially superconcious level is indistinguishable, in its nature
to cling directly to Elohim, from the highest manifestation of the love of
Elohim (right).
The experience of or chozer, subsequent to the consummation of the creative
process inherent in or yashar, the creation of man on the sixth day, is the
secret of the seventh day of Creation―Shabbat. The Shabbat Queen who, in general, signifies
woman in relation to man―”the
woman of valor is the crown of her husband”―has the power to reveal in her husband his own
superconscious crown, the experience of serene pleasure and sublime will innate
in the day of Shabbat.
“Who is a good [literally kosher]
woman? She who does her husband’s will.” Chassidut
explains that the word “does” also means “rectifies,” as said in the
completion of the account of Creation (the seal of the seventh day, Shabbat):
“that which Elohim created to do”―
“to do” in the sense of “to rectify” (thus implying that Elohim has
given us the task to consummate the rectification of His Creation), as explained
by the Sages. Thus the “kosher
woman” is she who rectifies her husband’s will by elevating him to ever new
awareness of previously superconscious realms of soul. (The Alef-Beit, p. 108)
There is tremendous information in the above excerpt, especially if we apply
what he is saying not only to the creation episode in Genesis 1 & 2, but
also as it relates to Yahshua who not only did the creating, but descended from
heaven as the or yashar
(straight light), and ascended as the or chozer (returning
light). It is our duty, as His bride to be, to declare His magnificence, His
glory, His honor, His power on the level of the superconsciousness, that is, on
the level of the Holy Spirit, the element of the spiritual man (those who
possess the seventh element, the Holy Spirit), which is far above the element of
the natural man (those who possess the six elements).
THE WORD
But let’s look at something else. Below is the complete Hebrew alphabet
from aleph to tau. I have underlined the first (aleph), middle (mem) and last
(tau) letters.
Remember that Yahshua is the Word of
Yahweh (Jn. 1:1-4). Our study into the Hebrew alphabet is for
the purpose of revealing how each letter has to do with Him since He declares
that He is the aleph
(a) and tau
(t) [Rev. 1:8). He is also the truth (Jn. 14:6). Truth, in Hebrew, is emet (tma).
The book of Hebrews proclaims, “Let us labour therefore to enter into that
rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. For the word of Yahweh is quick, and powerful, and sharper
than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder
of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the
thoughts and intents of the heart,” Heb. 4:11-12.
Paul writes concerning the armour of Elohim, “And take the helmet of
salvation, and the sword of the Spirit,
which is the word of Yahweh,” Eph. 6:17.
Now look at the image in the center of this page, which is an image of a
sword encircled with the letters of the Hebrew word truth (emet/tma).
In accordance with the things that we have just read and presented, Yahshua
is the sharp two-edged blade of truth, and His bride is the hilt (crown).
His bride must be going about the business of declaring Him as the Scriptures
reveal Him.
THE TERMS
The modern day term for the seventh letter is zayin (!yz/niz). The more ancient term
connected with the Pictorial Hebrew was zan
(!z/nz).
Zayin means weapon, while zan has to do with food, nourishment, sustenance.
The original picture was that of a mattock which is a tool associated with
harvesting grains, etc. Grain, of course, has to do with bread (-s), food,
sustenance. The Hebrew term for bread is (~xl)
lechem. The Hebrew term for war is milchamah (hmxlm). Notice that the Hebrew characters for bread
are also the central components for the word for war. What can this mean?
Yahshua came as the true bread from heaven (Jn.6:28-59). This likened Him to
the bread from heaven given to the children of Israel in the wilderness which
sustained them for 40 years.
However,
there were also grain offerings that were also to be sacrificed to Yahweh along
with the animal sacrifices and drink offerings when the tabernacle was raised up
in the wilderness, and later the temple period during the reign of Solomon and
his descendants. These grain offerings were a type of Him also.
One of the terms for “wheat” or “corn” is the Hebrew word dagan which is defined as: properly, increase,
i.e. grain. It is shown to be #1715 in Strong’s
Exhaustive Concordance. It is also shown to originate from another
word, #1711 dagah, which is defined as:
a primitive root; to move rapidly; used only as a denominative from 1709; to
spawn, i.e. become numerous.
The Philistines worshipped a god named Dagon. Dagon is #1712 in Strong’s being defined as: from 1709; the
fish-god; Dagon, a Philistine deity. Isn’t it interesting that dagan (wheat/corn) and Dagon come from the
same root word which is #1709?
Man has generally worshipped that which sustains him. The Egyptians
worshipped the Nile because they depended on annual flooding to bring in rich
sediment that would give them fertile farmland wherein to plant their seed and
bring forth an abundant harvest.
Number 1709, dag,
is defined as: or (fully) dag (Nehemiah 13:16) {dawg}; from 1711; a fish (as
prolific); or perhaps rather from 1672 (as timid); but still better from 1672
(in the sense of squirming, i.e. moving by the vibratory action of the tail); a
fish (often used collectively).
We can understand how the two are related because both fish and grain/corn
increase prolifically. The fish live in the water and the water is necessary for
the grain to increase. The American Indians worshipped the god who gave them
corn and its increase. They taught the European settlers how to utilize fish to
fertilize the corn.
If there is increase of both grain and fish there is plenty of food and life
is good. If there is no increase, there is famine and hard times.
Wars (milchamah)
were fought over land because the more land a nation has, the more increase of
the bread (lechem).
There were man conflicts between the Philistines (worshippers of dagon), and
the Israelites (worshippers of Yahweh, Who became the bread from heaven).
YAHSHUA’S PARABLES
Yahshua came speaking in parables and in so many cases utilized the seed of
wheat in them. In Matthew 13 He likened the kingdom as a sower who went forth to
sow seed. Amazingly, He was by the seaside (13:1) and would have been speaking
to a people whose principle occupation would have been that of fishing.
There were those who received the seed, but couldn’t understand and the
wicked one comes and takes it away. Then there are those who receive it with
joy, but are in stony places where there isn’t much soil. They have no
foundation, no depth of spirit to be able to continue when trials and troubles
come because of the word. Then there are the thorns, that is the cares of this
present evil world. But that which falls into good soil brings forth 30, 60 and
100 percent increase.
Another parable had to do with a farmer sowing seed in his field, but while
men slept, an enemy came and sowed tares (weeds) among the wheat. Hel allows
both to grow until the harvest when he gathers the wheat into his barn (the
kingdom) and burns the tares with fire.
The book of Revelation reveals the time at the end of this age when the
earth will be reaped, “And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the
cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and
in his hand a sharp sickle. And another angel came out of the temple, crying
with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap:
for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe. And
he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was
reaped,” Rev. 14:14-16.
Then another angel is seen with a sharp sickle who has power of fire. He
gathers the grapes into the winepress of the wrath of Yahweh (vv. 17-20). This
would be the battle of Armageddon.
Remember that there is war in heaven (Rev. 12). Michael and his angels fight
against the devil and his angels. What are they fighting over? The earth, land!
Remember that these events take place at the end of the age, that is, at the
end of the 6,000 period of man’s rule on the earth. The seventh millennium is
dawning on.
The gathering, harvesting of wheat into Yahweh’s barn, has to do with the zayin in the form of the mattock with the name
zan, while the destruction of
the tares and the gathering of the clusters of grapes has to do with the zayin as a sword!
The devil and his angels have their false messiah/Christ, who is, in
reality, a rebel. Through carefully manipulated and twisted lies, he has
deceived the earth to follow a messiah (who is supposed to be the people’s
bread), who supposedly has salvation, but has established the teachings of
Babylon, confusion, idolatry, which bears no fruit to the kingdom at all!
Through skillful and subtle manipulation, the first day of the week, rather
than the seventh day of the week is observed. Annual pagan holidays, rather than
Yahweh’s annual holy days have been instituted. Yahweh’s righteous law has
been cast aside (see Psalms 2:1-3).
Those deceived by the devil know that sin is evil, but they are unable to
define sin because they have cast aside the instrument that declares to us what
sin is (1 Jn. 3:4)!
Is your bread from heaven the true Messiah, or the false? If you are unable
to determine, it is because you are one of those who has been deceived and
can’t begin to understand nor receive the truths of Yahweh’s kingdom.
“...if any have not the Spirit of the Messiah, he is none of His,” Ro. 8:9.
YAHSHUA’S RETURN
Yahshua is soon going to return to this earth in order to establish the
blessed kingdom of heaven on earth. When He returns He is going to have a sharp
sword coming out of His mouth, “And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should
smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth
the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty Yahweh,” Rev. 19:15.
The Prophet Isaiah reports, “The word that Isaiah the son of Amoz saw
concerning Judah and Jerusalem. And it shall come to pass in the last days, that
the mountain of Yahweh’s house shall be established in the top of the
mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto
it. And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain
of Yahweh, to the house of the Elohim of Jacob; and he will teach us of his
ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and
the word of Yahweh from Jerusalem. And he shall judge among the nations, and
shall rebuke many people: and they shall
beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into
pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of Yahweh, “ Isa.
2:1-5.
Wow! Do you understand what this means?! The zayin
will no longer be representative of the sword! It will only be representative of
the mattock, an instrument for harvesting. Is it possible that the Hebrew
alphabet will go back to the Pictorial Hebrew? Is it possible that Yahweh does
allow the modern script that came out of Babylon to be the more acceptable form
in the world today because of its various meanings?
Doesn’t Yahweh promise to restore His people to a pure lip (language)?
“Therefore wait ye upon me, saith Yahweh, until the day that I rise up to the
prey: for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the
kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my fierce anger: for all
the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy. For then will I turn
to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of Yahweh,
to serve him with one consent,” Zeph. 3:8-9.
