Message # 28

The Ten Commandments are 
for all of YAHWEH'S People.

According to the twentieth chapter of Exodus, YAHWEH gave HIS people HIS ten basic commandments at mount Sinai. In chapters twenty-one through twenty-three, HE gave HIS people  HIS statutes and judgments concerning the enforcement of these basic commandments. The first four commandments show how to love YAHWEH by having no other Elohim before HIM, by not making any images (nor bowing down to worship them), by not taking HIS name in vain, and by not polluting HIS hallowed Sabbath. HE wanted HIS Sabbath to be a reminder that HE created (or fashioned) the world in six days and rested on the seventh day, blessing and sanctifying it.

Exo. 20 (I) And [YAHWEH] Elohim spake all these words, saying, (2) I am YAHWEH thy Elohim, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. (3) Thou shalt have no other Elohim before ME. (4) Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: (5) Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I YAHWEH thy Elohim am a jealous El, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate ME; (6) And showing mercy unto thousands of them that love ME, and keep MY Commandments. (7) Thou shalt not take the name of YAHWEH thy Elohim in vain; for YAHWEH will not hold him guiltless that taketh HIS name in vain. (8) Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. (9) Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: (10) But the seventh day is the Sabbath of YAHWEH thy Elohim: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: (11) For in six days YAHWEH made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore YAHWEH blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it.

YAHWEH'S Sabbath was also for a sign between HIMSELF and HIS people forever.

Exo. 31 (12) And YAHWEH spake unto Moses, saying, (13) Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily MY Sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between ME and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am YAHWEH that doth sanctify you. (14) Ye shall keep the Sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people. (15) Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the Sabbath of rest, holy to YAHWEH: whosoever doeth any work in the Sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death. (16) Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the Sabbath, to observe the Sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant. (17) It is a sign between ME and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days YAHWEH made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day HE rested, and was refreshed.

The next three show how to love thy neighbor by honoring one's parents, by not killing one's neighbor, and by not committing adultery with the spouse of one's neighbor.

Exo. 20 (12) Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which YAHWEH thy Elohim giveth thee. (13) Thou shalt not kill. (14) Thou shalt not commit adultery.

The last three commandments also teach one to show love for one’s neighbors by not stealing, nor coveting anything that belongs to them, nor bearing false witness against one's neighbors.

Exo. 20 (15) Thou shalt not steal. (16) Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour. (17) Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.

These last six commandments protect one's neighbor from one's self the same as they protect one's self from one's neighbor. They benefit the whole human race!

If we are diligently keeping all ten of these commandments then we will be in perfect harmony with YAHshua's words in this scripture.

Matthew 22 (35) Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked Him a question, tempting Him, and saying, (36) Instructor, which is the great commandment in the law? (37) YAHshua said unto him, Thou shalt love YAHWEH thy Elohim with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. [Deut. 6:5] (38) This is the first and great commandment. (39) And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself [Lev 19:18]. (40) On these two Commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

O mighty YAHWEH, enthroned in Heaven upon Your eternal throne,
We give You thanks for revealing to us Your great and awesome name.
We give You thanks for the supreme sacrifice of Your Son YAHshua,
For with His unselfish love, He took upon Himself all of our blame.

O mighty YAHWEH, Who reconciles us to Yourself through YAHshua,
We give You thanks for revealing through Him your unique plan of salvation.
We give You thanks that YAHshua was unconditionally obedient to Your will,
For through His obedience unto His death, He saved us from damnation.

O mighty YAHWEH, the great Elohim of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob,
We give You thanks for sharing with us Your Holy Sabbath day of rest.
We give You thanks for it as sign that identifies Your people with You,
As You tested Israel with it in the wilderness, You also put us to the test.

O mighty YAHWEH, Who desires for us to worship You in spirit and in truth,
We give You thanks for Your Holy Spirit which leads us along the narrow way.
We give You thanks for remembering the prophesy given by Your prophet Joel,
For You remembered it nineteen hundred and seventy years ago to this very day.

O mighty YAHWEH, Who gave His only begotten Son YAHshua that we may live,
We give You thanks for calling and strengthening us that through Him we can remain.
We give You thanks for the abundance of Your grace, mercy, love and righteousness,
As we pray and give our thanks to You through Your Son YAHshua's saving name.

Those things combined with the "slaying in the spirit," the "false tongues," the "false interpretations," the "false prophesies," the "false words of knowledge," and the all other counterfeiting of the gifts of YAHWEH'S Holy Spirit will and do promote signs, miracles and lying wonders with which the evil one deceives the WHOLE WORLD! PLEASE HEED THE WARNING!

(I) A Prayer of Moses the man of [YAHWEH] Elohim. My Sovereign [YAHWEH], THOU hast been our dwelling place in all generations. (2) Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever THOU hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, THOU art El. (3) THOU turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men. (4) For a thousand years in THY sight are but as yesterday when it is past, and as a watch in the night. (5) THOU carriest them away as with a flood; they are as a sleep: in the morning they are like grass which groweth up. (6) In the morning it flourisheth, and groweth up; in the evening it is cut down, and withereth. (7) For we are consumed by THINE anger, and by THY wrath are we troubled. (8) THOU hast set our iniquities before THEE, our secret sins in the light of THY countenance. (9) For all our days are passed away in THY wrath: we spend our years as a tale that is told. (10) The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly [faint] away. (11) Who knoweth the power of THINE anger? Even according to THY fear, so is THY wrath. (12) So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. (13) Return, O YAHWEH, how long? And let it repent thee concerning THY servants. (14) O satisfy us early with THY mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days. (15) Make us glad according to the days wherein THOU hast afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil. (16) Let THY work appear unto THY servants, and THY glory unto their children. (17) And let the beauty of YAHWEH our Elohim be upon us: and establish THOU the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish THOU it.

Message # 23

Brethren, how many of us could 
follow the example of Stephen?

One of the greatest sermons of the New Covenant Scriptures was preached by Stephen. It was also his last sermon as it cost him his life. (I wonder if any of us today were being stoned to death, if we would pray for the forgiveness of those who were stoning us.)

Acts 7 (I) Then said the high priest, Are these things so? (2) And he said, Men, brethren, and fathers, hearken; The Elohim of glory appeared unto our father Abraham, when he was in Mesopotamia, before he dwelt in Charran, (3) And said unto him, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and come into the land which I shall show thee. [Gen. 12:1] (4) Then came he out of the land of the Chaldaeans, and dwelt in Charran: and from thence, when his father was dead, HE removed him into this land, wherein ye now dwell. (5) And HE gave him none inheritance in it, no, not so much as to set his foot on [Gen. 2:5]: yet HE promised that HE would give it to him for a possession, and to his seed after him [Gen. 12:7; 13:15; 15:4,18; 24:7; 48:4], when as yet he had no child. (6) And YAHWEH spake on this wise, That his seed should sojourn in a strange land; and that they should bring them into bondage, and entreat them evil four hundred years. (7) And the nation to whom they shall be in bondage will I judge, said YAHWEH: and after that shall they come forth, and serve me in this place [Gen. 15:13-16]. (8) And HE gave him the Covenant of circumcision: and so Abraham begat Isaac, and circumcised him the eighth day; and Isaac begat Jacob; and Jacob begat the twelve patriarchs. (9) And the patriarchs, moved with envy, sold Joseph into Egypt: but YAHWEH was with him, [Gen. 37:11,28; 39:1-3,21,23] (10) And delivered him out of all his afflictions, and gave him favour and wisdom in the sight of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt and all his house. [Gen. 41:37-44] 

(11) Now there came a dearth over all the land of Egypt and Chanaan, and great affliction [Gen. 41:54; 42:5]: and our fathers found no sustenance. (12) But when Jacob heard that there was corn in Egypt, he sent out our fathers first. (13) And at the second time Joseph was made known to his brethren; and Joseph's kindred was made known unto Pharaoh [Gen. 45:1,45-46]. (14) Then sent Joseph, and called his father Jacob to him, and all his kindred, threescore and fifteen souls. (15) So Jacob went down into Egypt, and died, he, and our fathers, (16) And were carried over into Sychem, and laid in the sepulchre that Abraham bought for a sum of money of the sons of Emmor the father of Sychem. (17) But when the time of the promise drew nigh, which YAHWEH had sworn to Abraham, the people grew and multiplied in Egypt, (18) Till another king arose, which knew not Joseph. [Exo. 1:7-8] (19) The same dealt subtly with our kindred, and evil entreated our fathers, so that they cast out their young children, to the end they might not live. (20) In which time Moses was born, and was exceeding fair, and nourished up in his father's house three months: (21) And when he was cast out, Pharaoh's daughter took him up, and nourished him for her own son. 

(22) And Moses was learned in all the wisdom of the Egyptians, and was mighty in words and in deeds. (23) And when he was full forty years old, it came into his heart to visit his brethren the children of Israel. (24) And seeing one of them suffer wrong, he defended him, and avenged him that was oppressed, and smote the Egyptian: (25) For he supposed his brethren would have understood how that YAHWEH by HIS hand would deliver them: but they understood not. (26) And the next day he showed himself unto them as they strove, and would have set them at one again, saying, Sirs, ye are brethren; why do ye wrong one to another? (27) But he that did his neighbour wrong thrust him away, saying, Who made thee a ruler and a judge over us? (28) Wilt thou kill me, as thou diddest the Egyptian yesterday? [Exo. 2:11-14] (29) Then fled Moses at this saying, and was a stranger in the land of Madian, where he begat two sons. 

(30) And when forty years were expired, there appeared to him in the wilderness of mount Sina an angel of YAHWEH in a flame of fire in a bush. (31) When Moses saw it, he wondered at the sight: and as he drew near to behold it, the voice of YAHWEH came unto him, (32) Saying, I am the Elohim of thy fathers, the Elohim of Abraham, and the Elohim of Isaac, and the Elohim of Jacob. Then Moses trembled, and durst not behold. (33) Then said YAHWEH to him, Put off thy shoes from thy feet: for the place where thou standest is holy ground. (34) I have seen, I have seen the affliction of MY people which is in Egypt, and I have heard their groaning, and am come down to deliver them. And now come, I will send thee into Egypt [Exo 3:1-10]. (35) This Moses whom they refused, saying, Who made thee a ruler and a judge? The same did YAHWEH send to be a ruler and a deliverer by the hand of the angel which appeared to him in the bush. (36) HE brought them out, after that HE had showed wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and in the Red sea, and in the wilderness forty years. (37) This is that Moses, which said unto the children of Israel, A prophet shall YAHWEH your Elohim raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; Him shall ye hear. [Deu 18:15] (38) This is He, that [Who] was in the Assembly in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sina, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us: (39) To whom our fathers would not obey, but thrust him from them, and in their hearts turned back again into Egypt, (40) Saying unto Aaron, Make us elohim to go before us: for as for this Moses, which brought us out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him. [Exo. 32:1] (41) And they made a calf in those days, and offered sacrifice unto the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands. (42) Then YAHWEH turned, and gave them up to worship the host of Heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye offered to me slain beasts and sacrifices by the space of forty years in the wilderness? (43) Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your elohim Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon. [Amos 5:26-27] 

(44) Our fathers had the tabernacle of witness in the wilderness, as HE had appointed, speaking unto Moses, that he should make it according to the fashion that he had seen. (45) Which also our fathers that came after brought in with YAHshua into the possession of the Gentiles, whom YAHWEH drave out before the face of our fathers, unto the days of David; (46) Who found favour before YAHWEH, and desired to find a tabernacle for the Elohim of Jacob. (47) But Solomon built him a house. (48) Howbeit the most High dwelleth not in temples made with hands; as saith the prophet, (49) Heaven is MY throne, and earth is MY footstool: what house will ye build ME? Saith YAHWEH: or what is the place of MY rest? (50) Hath not MY hand made all these things [Isa 66:1-2]?

(51) Ye stiffnecked [Exo. 32:9; 33:3,5] and uncircumcised in heart and ears [Lev. 26:41; Jer. 6:10], ye do always resist the Holy Spirit: as your fathers did, so do ye. (52) Which of the prophets have not your fathers persecuted? And they have slain them which showed before of the coming of the Just One; of Whom ye have been now the betrayers and murderers: (53) Who have received the law by the disposition of angels, and have not kept it.

(54) When they heard these things, they were cut to the heart, and they gnashed on him with their teeth. (55) But he, being full of the Holy Spirit, looked up stedfastly into Heaven, and saw the glory of YAHWEH, and YAHshua standing on the right hand of YAHWEH [Psa. 110:1], (56) And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of YAHWEH. (57) Then they cried out with a loud voice, and stopped their ears, and ran upon him with one accord, (58) And cast him out of the city, and stoned him: and the witnesses laid down their clothes at a young man's feet, whose name was Saul. (59) And they stoned Stephen, calling upon YAHWEH, and saying, Sovereign YAHshua, receive my spirit. (60) And he kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, YAHWEH, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep.

Message # 22

Almost twenty years ago, a man had decided that the time had come to fully separate himself from the things of this world and repent of his sins. The man and his family started attending a Pentecostal seventh day assembly because he was already fully aware of which day was to be kept holy in obedience to the fourth commandment.

Exodus 20 (8) Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. (9) Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: (10) But the seventh day is the Sabbath of YAHWEH thy Elohim: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: (11) For in six days YAHWEH made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore YAHWEH blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it.

His next step was to accept YAHWEH'S grace and be obedient to the command to be baptized in the name of our Saviour YAHshua Ha Mashiach for the remission of sins and to receive YAHWEH'S Holy Spirit.

Acts 2 (38) Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of YAHshua Mashiach  for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

 At that time, the man did not know what the true names of our Heavenly FATHER and our Saviour were. However, YAHWEH still honored HIS promise and did give the man HIS Holy Spirit as the man was truly being called into HIS service.

At that time, the things of the world no longer meant anything to him. He began to grow spiritually at a very rapid pace. This spiritual growth had absolutely nothing to do with where he was baptized or by whom he was baptized. It had everything to do with YAHWEH calling him by HIS grace through YAHshua Ha Mashiach and the man's determination to seek out YAHWEH'S will and to live his life for HIM instead of for himself.

Some time later, the man got so over-anxious to serve YAHWEH that he listened to some of the wrong people who seemed to be receiving supernatural powers and messages from YAHWEH. The man desired to have what seemed to be an extraordinary personal contact with YAHWEH too. He then began to actually hear a supernatural voice and experienced some supernatural powers and received different physical feelings in his flesh that seemed to him as being directly from YAHWEH. He was very excited and was very happy with what he thought was an extraordinary personal relationship with YAHWEH. After a short while, it became evident to the man that the voice was occasionally lying to him. He had a hard choice to make. He had to give up those supernatural powers which his friends at work admired him for having. He had to take the chance on his closest friend and all the people, whom he had preached to, never believing anything else that he had to say if he had to admit to them that he had been following a lying spirit. He also had to take a chance on loosing the respect of the assembly which always relished in the activities of these powers, the voices and the different physical feelings in the flesh. He made his choice. He choose to forsake all if need be to serve YAHWEH, the Living Elohim! HalleluYAH!!!

YAHWEH had opened the man's understanding and the man rejected that lying spirit with the voice, the supernatural powers, and all of the different physical feelings manifested in his flesh. However, the assembly refused to recognize and reject the lying spirit which had them deceived into thinking that it was indeed YAHWEH'S spirit that was talking and leading them so the man left the assembly. 

The man did not know it at the time, but YAHWEH allowed him to stray for a very short time in satan's deception in order to show him how easy it was for satan to deceive people with his very powerful deceiving spirit and supernatural powers. YAHWEH allowed the man to personally experience those things in order that the man could warn the Brethren in YAHshua Ha Mashiach and tell them from experience just how the evil one works while masquerading as an angel (messenger) of light. The scriptures tell us this is his main ploy or device.

II Corinthians 11 (13) For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Messiah. (14) And no marvel; for satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

Another reason that he was allowed to have that experience was probably to teach him to walk by faith and not by sight i.e. what he sees, hears and feels in the flesh. Even though he was thankful that YAHWEH gave him the wisdom to see that he had been duped by the evil one, he still had not fully learned the lesson being taught him. He had been fasting for three days while preparing for the forthcoming Day of Pentecost service which was to be held in his home. He was repeatedly asking YAHWEH that "if it was HIS will" to let basically the same things happen in the service as that was recorded in the book of Acts, chapter two. He also prayed that YAHWEH would not allow satan to deceive anyone attending the service with any feelings, voices, false tongues or any thing else. He was resting on his stomach on his bed that Friday night while continuing the fasting. He was wide awake and all of a sudden he was in a vision. It was as if someone was playing a short movie. It was rather hard for him to explain, but it was like he was there in a dream, only he was wide awake instead of sleeping. He was standing on the gable of a huge building with a very steep roof. All around him were what appeared to be large sheets of bark scattered around on that roof. His physical eyes and his understanding was telling him that he was going to slide on the bark and that he would slide off the roof and maybe get hurt. Instead, he had the faith that he was not going to get hurt regardless of the physical evidence that told him otherwise. Then all of a sudden the whole building slowly settled down to about a foot from the ground and he walked off onto the ground completely safe and unshaken. It was exactly three days and three nights later that YAHWEH'S Holy Spirit opened his understanding to what the vision had meant. It then dawned on him that he had been fasting and praying for signs, tongues and things to see, hear and feel YAHWEH'S presence in his flesh to reassure himself that YAHWEH was pleased with what he was doing. 

Those fleshly things that he had been praying for are the very things that satan uses to fool disobedient people who are so comfortably wrapped up in their pagan customs, and pagan practices, pagan holidays, and the commandments of men. They are fooled into thinking that it is YAHWEH  personally contacting them and that HE is very pleased with them even though in truth they are walking in total disobedience to HIS will. As a result, they continue to walk in total disobedience to HIS will! 

The main purpose of the vision was to tell the man one more time, since he hadn't fully learned his lesson the first time with that which he could see, hear, feel and touch with the flesh, that he MUST WALK BY FAITH AND NOT BY SIGHT and he would never fall. That is very much in line with this short scripture:

II Corinthians 5 (7) For we walk by faith [or faithfulness], not by sight:

Dear Brethren in YAHshua Ha Mashiach, keep this in mind:  the evil one always deceives with his supernatural powers and lying wonders and he deceives the whole world. Therefore, if we close our spiritual eyes, ears, and mind to the truth, we can be very easily deceived into believing that we are pleasing YAHWEH while we are actually walking in disobedience to HIS will. 

Matthew 24 (24) For there shall arise false messiahs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very Elect.

II Thessalonians 2 (7) For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. (8) And then shall that wicked be revealed, whom the Sovereign shall consume with the spirit of His mouth [Isa. 11:4], and shall destroy with the brightness of His coming: (9) Even him, whose coming is after the working of satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, (10) And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. (11) And for this cause YAHWEH shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: (12) That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Revelation 12 (7) And there was war in Heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, (8) And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in Heaven. (9) And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the devil, and satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Therefore, heed the warning and the advice of the apostle Peter which is as follows:

II Peter III (17) Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness. (18) But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Sovereign and Saviour YAHshua Messiah. To Him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

Message # 20

Today is the thirtieth day of the twelfth month (3/25/01 on the Roman Calendar) of YAHWEH'S sacred calendar for HIS people. (All Gentiles who have become one in the great Assembly of YAHWEH through YAHshua the Messiah are included as HIS people!)

When the sun goes down today, the New Moon will become visible to the naked eye for a short time. Therefore, the beginning of the first day of the first month will begin the New Year for YAHWEH'S people at sunset tonight. (This is one day later than today's Jewish Calendar shows, because the Jewish people now calculate their calendar according to the transition of the moon instead of when the New Moon becomes visible to the naked eye as they obviously had to do in the days when YAHWEH told them when the first month of the year begins.)

It was during the month of *Abib, the time that there were young green ears of the annual barley crop that YAHWEH told HIS people Israel when the first month of the year was to begin. (Abib means young green ears of grain.)

Be faithful and watch for the first sighting of the New Moon tonight! The New Moon sighting tonight is very important as it sets the beginning of months. Without knowing when the first month is we cannot keep the commanded Feast of YAHWEH during the first month or those that fall on the seventh month. 

An update will be made to this article tonight when it is confirmed that the New Moon has indeed been cited.

UPDATE! We did not see the New Moon after sunset on the 25 as it was cloudy here. The only spottings that I got a report from were from New Mexico. If the 26^th wasn't the 1^st day of the 1^st month then the 12^th month had 31 days in it!

Brethren, our Saviour 
and Redeemer are One!

Isaiah 49 (26) And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I YAHWEH am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.

Joel 2 (32) And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the NAME of YAHWEH shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as YAHWEH hath said, and in the remnant whom YAHWEH shall call.

Acts 2 (21) And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of YAHWEH shall be saved. … (38) Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of YAHshua [YAH'S Salvation] Messiah for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Why is adultery and 
homosexuality so prevalent?

The following scriptures tell us why that adultery and homosexuality is so prevalent in today's society. The penalty is death and rejection from the Kingdom of YAHWEH!

Romans 1 (18) For the wrath of YAHWEH is revealed from Heaven against all wickedness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; (19) Because that which may be known of YAHWEH is manifest in them; for YAHWEH hath showed it unto them. (20) For the invisible things of HIM from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even HIS eternal power and divinity so that they are without excuse: (21) Because that, when they knew YAHWEH, they glorified HIM not as YAHWEH, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. (22) Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, (23) And changed the glory of the uncorruptible El into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. Matthew 17 (I) And after six days YAHshua taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into a high mountain apart, (2) And was transfigured before them: and His face did shine as the sun, and His raiment was white as the light. (3) And, behold, there appeared [in vision] unto them Moses and Elias talking with Him. [Luke* 9:30-31 tells us what they were talking about-His death!] (4) Then answered Peter, and said unto YAHshua, Sovereign, it is good for us to be here: if Thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for Thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias. (5) While He yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is MY beloved Son, in Whom I am well pleased; hear ye Him. (6) And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their face, and were sore afraid. (7) And YAHshua came and touched them, and said, Arise, and be not afraid. (8) And when they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, save YAHshua only. (9) And as they came down from the mountain, YAHshua charged them, saying, Tell the vision to no man, until the Son of man be risen again from the dead. (10) And His disciples asked Him, saying, Why then say the scribes that Elias must first come? (11) And YAHshua answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things. (12) But I say unto you, That Elijah is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them. (13) Then the disciples understood that He spake unto them of John the Baptizer.

*Luke 9 (30) And, behold, there talked with Him two men, which were Moses and Elias: (31) Who appeared in glory, and spake of His decease which He should accomplish at Jerusalem.

In the vision,  Moses and Elijah represent the exact same thing as the two witnesses of Revelation 11:3-12 and the two olive trees/two anointed ones of Zechariah 4:3-14 i.e. the Law and the Testimony of YAHWEH. Moses represented the Law of YAHWEH and Elijah represented the Testimony of YAHWEH.

The reason for the vision was that YAHWEH was showing Peter, James and John that YAHshua was indeed the Messiah Who was to die for the sins of HIS people as was prophesied by the sacrifices of the law and by the testimonies of HIS servants the prophets and that He is the one that you must listen to. In addition to that, YAHWEH confirmed the prophesy written in the second Psalm by declaring "This is MY beloved Son, in Whom I am well pleased; hear ye Him."

Psalms 2 (I) Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? (2) The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against YAHWEH, and against HIS Anointed, saying, (3) Let us break Their bands asunder, and cast away Their cords from us. (4) HE that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: my Sovereign [YAHWEH] shall have them in derision. (5) Then shall HE speak unto them in HIS wrath, and vex them in HIS sore displeasure. (6) Yet have I set MY King upon MY holy hill of Zion. (7) I will declare the decree: YAHWEH hath said unto Me, Thou art MY Son; this day have I begotten Thee. (8) Ask of ME, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for Thy possession. (9)Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; Thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel. (10) Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. (11) Serve YAHWEH with fear, and rejoice with trembling. (12) Kiss [be fastened or joined to] the Son, lest He be angry, and ye perish from the way, when His wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in Him.

Isa. 61 (1) The Spirit of My Sovereign YAHWEH is upon Me; because YAHWEH hath anointed Me to preach good tidings unto the meek; HE hath sent Me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; (2) To proclaim the acceptable year of YAHWEH, and the day of vengeance of our Elohim; to comfort all that mourn;

Luke 4 (18) The Spirit of My Sovereign YAHWEH, is upon Me, because HE hath anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, (19) To preach the acceptable year of YAHWEH. (20) And He closed the book, and He gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on Him. Message # 13

Galatians (19) Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, (20) Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, (21) Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the Kingdom of YAHWEH.

When we direct all our energies to the satisfying of the flesh, even with YAHWEH approved pleasures that are done in excess, we do not have time for YAHWEH. We are then living our lives for our own pleasures instead of living for YAHWEH. That would be in violation of this commandment:

Deuteronomy 6:5 And thou shalt love YAHWEH thy Elohim with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

Deuteronomy 10 (12) And now, Israel, what doth YAHWEH thy Elohim require of thee, but to fear [reverence] YAHWEH thy Elohim, to walk in all HIS ways, and to love HIM, and to serve YAHWEH thy Elohim with all thy heart and with all thy soul.

Mark 12 (30) And thou shalt love YAHWEH thy Elohim with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.

Revelation 19 (9) And he saith unto me, Write, BLESSED are they which are called unto the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of YAHWEH.

Revelation 22 (14) BLESSED are they that do HIS Commandments, that they may have right to the Tree of Life, and may enter in through the gates into the City [the New Jerusalem]. (15) For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.

Zechariah 14 (8) And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.

HalleluYAH! It is through YAHshua, that we can receive the living waters (YAHWEH’S Holy Spirit).

John 4 (10) YAHshua answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of YAHWEH, and Who it is that saith to thee, Give Me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of Him, and He would have given thee living water. (11) The woman saith unto Him, Sir, Thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast Thou that living water? (12) Art Thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle? (13) YAHshua answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: (14) But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

John 7 (37) In the last day, that great day of the feast, YAHshua stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto Me, and drink. (38) He that believeth on Me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. Acts 4 (10) Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of YAHshua Messiah of Nazareth, Whom ye crucified, Whom YAHWEH raised from the dead, even by Him doth this man stand here before you whole. (11) This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the Head of the corner. (12) Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under Heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.

(15) O my SOVEREIGN [YAHWEH], open THOU my lips; and my mouth shall show forth THY praise. (16) For THOU desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: THOU delightest not in burnt offering. (17) The sacrifices of [YAHWEH] Elohim are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O [YAHWEH] Elohim, THOU wilt not despise. (18) Do good in THY good pleasure unto Zion: build THOU the walls of Yerushalayim. (19) Then shalt THOU be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then shall they offer bullocks upon THINE altar.

I Corinthians 15 (20) But now is Messiah risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. (21) For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. (22) For as in Adam all die, even so in Messiah shall all be made alive. (23) But every man in his own order: Messiah the firstfruits; afterward they that are Messiah's at His coming. … (51) Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, (52) In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. (53) For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. (54) So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. (55) O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory [Isa. 25:8; Hos. 13:14]?

I Thessalonians 4 (13) But I would not have you to be ignorant, Brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. (14) For if we believe that YAHshua died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in YAHshua will YAHWEH bring with Him. (15) For this we say unto you by the word of YAHWEH, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Sovereign shall not prevent [precede] them which are asleep. (16) For the Sovereign Himself shall descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of YAHWEH: and the dead in Messiah shall rise first: (17) Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Sovereign in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Sovereign. (18) Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

A Special Message

Especially at this time of the year, many people think that it is all right to worship with pagan (Gentile) customs and festivals as long as they direct their worship to YAHWEH instead of the pagan gods, BUT---YAHWEH SAYS through the Mouths of Moses and Jeremiah:

Deu. 12 (29) When YAHWEH thy Elohim shall cut off the nations from before thee, whither thou goest to possess them, and thou succeedest them, and dwellest in their land; (30) Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that THOU INQUIRE NOT AFTER THEIR ELOHIM, SAYING, HOW DID THESE NATIONS SERVE THEIR ELOHIM? EVEN SO WILL I DO LIKEWISE. (31) THOU SHALT NOT DO SO UNTO YAHWEH THY ELOHIM: for every abomination to YAHWEH, which HE hateth, have they done unto their elohim; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their elohim. (32) What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: THOU SHALT NOT ADD THERETO, NOR DIMINISH FROM IT.

Jer. 10 (1) Hear ye the word which YAHWEH speaketh unto you, O house of Israel: (2) Thus saith YAHWEH, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them. (3) For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the ax. (4) They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not. (5) They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good.

The last sentence in the above quotation does not mean that there is neither harm or nor good in having them. It means that the pagan's wooden idols have no life, and they have no power of their own to do good or to do harm to anyone. The description of the wooden idol that Jeremiah was describing is also a perfect description of modern day "Christianity's" Christmas tree. The "christianized" Christmas tree that has been adopted from the pagan custom of using evergreens in their idolatrous Winter Solstice season is just as lifeless and it is just as abominable to YAHWEH as the pagan's wooden idol! Therefore before one chooses to use elements of pagan worship in the worship of YAHWEH, one would be wise to carefully consider the following quotation.

Deu. 4 (1) Now therefore hearken, O Israel, unto the statutes and unto the judgments, which I teach you, for to do them, that ye may live, and go in and possess the land which YAHWEH, Elohim of your fathers giveth you. (2) Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of YAHWEH your Elohim which I command you.

A similar warning is found in the last chapter of YAHWEH'S word.

Revelation 22 (18) For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, YAHWEH shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: (19) And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, YAHWEH shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

(18) And He is the Head of the body, the Assembly: Who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things He might have the preeminence.

(19) For this is thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward YAHWEH endure grief, suffering wrongfully. (20) For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? But if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with YAHWEH. (21) For even hereunto were ye called: because Messiah also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow His steps: (22) Who did no sin, neither was guile found in His mouth [Isa. 53:9]: (23) Who, when He was reviled, reviled not again; when He suffered, He threatened not; but committed Himself to HIM that judgeth righteously: (24) Who His Own Self bare our sins [Isa. 53:4, 12] in His Own body on the tree [Deu. 21:22-23], that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed [Isa. 53:5]. (25) For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.

(6) Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a Chief Corner Stone, Elect, precious: and he that believeth on Him shall not be confounded [Isa. 28:16]. (7) Unto you therefore which believe He is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the Stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the Head of the Corner [Psa. 118:22], (8) And a Stone of stumbling, and a Rock of offence , even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed. (9) But ye are a Chosen Generation [Deu. 7:6, 10:15; Isa. 43:20], a Royal Priesthood [Exo. 19:6; Isa. 61:6], a Holy Nation [Exo. 19:6], a Peculiar [unique] People [Exo. 19:5]; that ye should show forth the praises of HIM WHO hath called you [Isa. 43:21] out of darkness into HIS marvellous light:

COMMENT: According to the above scripture, the Assemblies under the Apostles' guidance were not divided into a priesthood and a laity. Each Assembly was part of the Royal Priesthood! HalleluYAH!
